I…read moreplaced and order for a piece of equipment on 7/8/2019 by Randy, he took my credit card info over the phone and told me that it would be at store for pick up by 7/11/2019 or 7/12/2019 and said would call me when in, well on 7/12/2019 I called Ritenour Equipment to speak with Randy to inquire about if my equipment came in, I got shuffled around on the phone for 10 minutes to finally be told that Randy is unavailable and nobody knows anything about my order except Randy, so I was told he will have to call me back, ohhh boy. Randy calls me back about 20 to 30 minutes later to tell me that my order went to another store 85 miles away from me, when it was supposed to be at there store that is only 32 miles away from me, Randy told me sorry, but then he told me either I can go and pick up my equipment there at 85 miles away from me, or I can wait over the weekend and he will personally go and pick it up from the other store and have it in there store Monday morning on 7/15/2019 for me to pick up, I figured ill let Randy go and pick up my equipment over the weekend and pick it up Monday morning on the 7/15/2019, it shouldn't be my responsibility to drive further/spend more gas for there screw up. well now its 7/15/2019 I called Ritenour Equipment to make arrangements to pick up my equipment, well guess what Randy is not available again to take my call, and I get shuffled around on the phone again and was told Randy will have to call me back, really, but this time Randy calls me back in about 10 minutes having a smug laugh to his voice and tells me that my equipment is still at the other store and he was too busy to go pick it up, I then told Randy to cancel my order and I want a full refund to my credit card, then Randy started to have an attitude with me over the phone saying (THAT EQUIPMENT WAS SPECIAL ORDERED FOR YOU) I just said I want a refund and I left it at that...... but wait Randy calls me saying he's having one of his guys going to go and pick it up from the other store now, really, that was supposed to have been done over the weekend, nope I just want my refund, then he calls me again to tell me he will have it shipped to my address, nope refund me, you know the moral to this is (fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me) and now im fighting Ritenour Equipment to get my money back, don't order anything let alone buy anything through this business update: as of 7/17/2019 Randy keeps calling me, basically harassing me now, he called on 7/16/2019 and today 7/17/2019 wanting my full address to ship the equipment to me when I already told him on 7/15/2019 in my previous statement do to there 2xs screw up, to cancel my order and wanted a full refund, he said alright and he will do up the paper work, i can see now that Ritenour Equipment/Randy wants me to pay not only for the equipment but also for there screw up

Always had great service with good instruction to help with the task at hand. Recently I went to actually buy something! My chain saw died and I needed a replacement to deal with some fallen trees and decided to treat myself to a good saw this time. They are an authorized Stilh dealer and had a good selection on hand. The staff was incredibly helpful and weren't there to just sell me something but rather took the time to understand my needs and how i was going to use it. I ended up with a model that I hadn't previously considered based on their recommendation. Not only did they assemble and test it, they took the time to show me all the intricacies of care, use, maintenance and safety features. Very knowledgable and helpful. I recommend them when you need power equipment.

First manager was Ryan or Dave. But today it was Kelly. While loading 23 boxes of flooring into my car Kelly decides to move the pallet jack and dumps the flooring. Then when she is picking it up the end opened and the flooring slide out. I pointed out the end was open and she started on me. "We are not supposed to do this" "If you want this service go to Lowe's". She then called me a "dick",, I returned the compliment. Keep in mind I just spent $1000 in flooring and was treated like this as a CUSTOMER!!! The other associate apologized for her rudeness. However that will not stop me from NEVER setting foot in an Ollies again. You can get better products and service most anywhere.

But this store was clean, organized and quick-moving. The self-service dressing rooms were closed, but this seems to be a trend amongst most Ross stores. I found a green career dress on the clearance rack for only $10.99 and these unique cargo jeans for only $12.99. Perhaps the win of the day was the Ralph Lauren business dress that I found in my petite size for only $19.99! It doesn't get any better than that, folks.

For example, clothing for women, men, and children tends to be disorganized on packed racks, because each style might be available in a quantity of only one. You really have to look through those racks! Some products are name-brand or designer, and most have reduced prices. I bought a set of four Oneida baking sheets for $11, which I thought was a good value for the quality. When I was ready to check out, I waited for only one minute. The cashier said hello, efficiently rang up my product, and said thank you. Ross is not one of my favorite stores, but I like to stop in periodically to find treasures.
