My daughter went in and just bought a pre made cake instead. When we cut it up to serve it, we found pieces of sliced up plastic inside it. We couldn't serve a single piece for fear of someone getting injured ! We called to let the bakery know what had happened, but we were transferred to a supervisor named Tommy, who got angry with us and began to cuss at us.
