This Kohl's feels smaller than average. It has 1 set of double doors instead of 2 (and therefore 1 set of registers), and the service desk is a smaller area in the front of the store. But it feels like the same amount of inventory, and that leads to a problem: Congested navigation. The main aisles are halved by nonstop sales and promotions stands, and the secondary aisles are narrower than usual. I had to backtrack several times in some of these aisles to accommodate other customers with carts approaching from the opposite direction. There's just no way to go around each other. I also had to deal with one of my pet peeves at checkout, the "please take our online survey" spiel. I was otherwise having a very enjoyable chat with the cashier and her trainee. But as she handed me my receipt, she went on with, "Here's our survey. I asked other people to please take our survey, and they didn't. So please promise me you'll take our survey, and then actually do it. Can I have your promise?" Sorry, but I have enough of an email footprint with other department stores already. Besides, you're getting a Yelp review from me? What more could you possibly need?

The pants were originally $44.99 but since I was returning them now, the price was $28.99!!! They gave me a Kohl's card, I walked around the store for an hour and could not find ANYTHING within that price range. They are totally overpriced!!! I finally found a top that I could deal with which was under what I had on that card. It's plain and black. Whoopee! Anyway, I ended up giving the card with the $5 balance to someone who was going inside the store because I will never shop at Kohl's again. I went over to TJ Maxx and spent a small fortune in no time.

Alas, approximately 3 months later, the glasses fell apart at one of the welded seems. To be clear, this was not from misuse. In fact, I've worn the glasses fewer than 10 times in the 3 months that I've had them. It's clearly a defect. After Kasuri told me that there was nothing that they could do, I decided to contact the brand, Henrik Vibskov. The brand communicated to me that Kasuri could contact the brand or the supplier to have this resolved. I've been left to file a complaint with my credit card issuer, which is always a last resort after merchants refuse to standby the quality of the merchandise they sell. Kasuri, I'm disappointed at how poorly you have handled this transaction.

He and his team transplanted very old hydrangea trees, reset our stone patio and walkway, and seeded grass. They were friendly and efficient, and Orlando showed up every day to say hello and update us. He is knowledgeable and caring. You will be in good hands with him!

I found the 2 gallon freezer bags which are great for a number of things, especially freezing pies. Craft department had everything I needed and more. I always seem to be able to find the things I need stocked at Walmart when I am either in upstate NY or out of state. I love shopping at Walmart as their prices are great! However, the stores on Long Island run out of stock fast.

The folks at Furniture Plus are the best, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is a large selection at this store. For specialty items you may need to look on-line, they are available, but most items are well represented. We have bought a couch, a fine mattress, a great living room chair and other items, and are pleased every single time. There is no money wasted.

We had to figure out how to put stakes with visible colors (to the snowplowing company) into our 1/2 mile gravel driveway with rocky, difficult edges. Gary found the 130 stakes we needed but better yet he came up with a plan for how we could get the thin, plastic stakes into the rocky ground without them breaking. He found the perfect mallet and a very thin, unbreakable metal skewer that we could pound in to make a hole and then put the fragile dayglow stakes into. Anyway, the point is that Gary was thoughtful, patient, kind and creative and solved our problem! Ask for Gary and you will be fine,

It's been awhile since the good staff have all left, and the rude, unknowledgeable staff took their place. The last three times I've gone in for my sr. horse feed and beet pulp for my old guy, I've had a bad experience each time. What I usually get is in the back somewhere, or in a different location., and they simply tell me they don't have it. .then I find it. I Can't navigate through the aisles, and the place is a total mess!!! What happened? I since head to Agway now for all my horse and gardening needs.
