All in all, this is an impressive Walmart, especially when you consider it is in Hazel Green, Alabama (just south of the Tennessee/Alabama line). I purchased an Ozark electric fish fillet knife from the Hazel Green Walmart. It was out to the test after 52 catfish were filleted. The knife got hot and stopped working. I guess this would be expected since it wasn't commercial grade. The blades never dulled during use. I took the knife back to the Walmart and they replaced it with a new one, no questions asked. I did have the receipt but apparently it wasn't needed. I was ver satisfied with this location and the employees. read more

Never and I mean Never get an oil change here. they stripped the screw used to drain the oil ( not a big deal) but they replaced it With a plug that can not be removed. also they said nothing to inform me in person BUT INSTEAD wrote a note on the engine block, which I noticed later. when I complained about this they manager lied to me and said " we use a hose to suck the oil out" the audacity of this man to lie to my face. Look, this is BY FAR the worst Walmart I have ever been to. We ordered 4 movies and a roku stick from here due to being unable to to leave due to illness. Not only did they somehow mess that up, they also refused to reorder our full order. Now, most places would offer store credit or coupons or a refund for this level of inconvenience- they refused to even be moderately helpful. It's worth the longer drive into Huntsville or Tennessee just to not have to deal with this nightmare ran establishment.
