Been waiting since 8am forms online delivery it's now past 3 pm. The first time I called said there was a delay will be noon. Now they may not even deliver it and then I may also have to wait 10 days for my money back if it's not delivered. Did they have to wait for my payment no, however, for an order that sounds like it's not getting delivered I will have to wait for my money back. Would have been nice to have gotten an email or a phone call to let me know this. I changed my birthday plans since I have to sign for my order . Which is just great since they have messed up my whole day. This isn't the first time this has happened so yeah I am pissed off. I have walmart plus for what reason. Front end workers have always been helpful and personable. Lately with COVID-19 standards that are being enforced most seem to stay on top of sanitizing their respective areas. As far as COVID-19 standards that are concerning the "Masks Required" bit for customers seems to end at the door as there is no enforcement or even requests otherwise past that point. in the pharmacy it's a double standard when it says in your text message ready on a certain date and the text you when ready just do one or the other it already takes long enough to pick up prescription anyway cause they are super slow. My parents moved here recently and I have been visiting this WalMart in part because it is the only place in town to buy fabric. In theory, that is. The last two times I visited, i left empty-handed because there was no one to assist in the fabric department. I rang the bell, waited, rang the bell, waited. In the end it was just a monumental waste of my time. I dont want to have to start ordering this online, but if I cant get any service I may just have to. read more

Stopped here on a stop over from a road trip. Seemed like your average Wal-Mart. Like that this is a grocery section as well. The products are good and the produce actually looks pretty good. Got some quick snacks for the road. Good selection of chips and stuff. read more

The pharmacy is always confused when I call in a prescription. They are always surprised to see me after talking to me on the phone and saying they have my prescription ready. Then, they will take a long time fulfilling even basic prescriptions (like birth control)-- 20-40 minutes. They are sometimes out of prescriptions and keep me waiting only to tell me that they are all out. Finally, they will lie about how long my wait will be. Twenty minutes becomes 30, and so on. I don't know if Walmart makes them lie/keep me waiting to keep me around to do more shopping, but I have lived around the country and have never experienced pharmacy service like this! read more

Grinnell Walmart is the best Walmart around. Check out with me is really convenient too and the workers are always so nice and helpful :)
