Shamia or how ever you spell is the worst person at her job . Me and my friends came to buy over 30 gift cards and since you can't buy them at the front we had to check out with her at customer service, we asked her if we could pay a few more items that we had and said she was busy . Which is totally understandable after that she started hollering saying if we were taking pictures to take a picture of her in her face . We were not taking pictures but after she kept insisting we did . After she started telling us where we were from and if all these dumb questions she was either having a bad day or literally not okay . Either way never coming back here. Here's her pic btw just for the laughs we geniually don't care .

When this store first opened I didn't know my way around so I asked several employees to point me in the right direction. NONE of them spoke English nor understood WTH I was asking of them. I don't mind foreign citizens in our country as I know they left their country due to violence, poverty etc. However, when you move to another country you need to speak the language. I discontinued shopping at Walmart after I saw the documentary on Netflix; Walmart: the high cost for a low price. They hire these people because they can pay them below minimum wage, no benefits and treat them like dirt. I'm not giving my money to Walmart! Their food and produce is low quality and most of their products are made in China. Probably by some poor kid in a sweatshop making toys and clothes. I petitioned against this Walmart being built but of course this huge corporation that makes up 1% of the United States economy got their way. I don't like Walmart because they put smaller grocery stores with high quality products out of business. Besides, this location isn't a real super center. It's a half assed version without the garden or auto center and has a horrible selection of products. If you insist on giving your money to Walmart the best one is at George Bush and Coit next to Sam's Club. Sorry for my rambling but this topic really gets me worked up. And... MIC DROP EX Walmart shopper, Angela

The customer service is terrible. I was waiting for half an hour for return but there were only 3 people ahead of me.

This is not the place to go and utilize the drive through pharmacy. Absolutely the slowest process imaginable. Go inside.

Reviewing a CVS feels a little strange because most people already know what they're getting. If…read moreyou're local, you're probably not reading reviews before walking in. That said, this review is really for people who aren't familiar with CVS or the U.S. drugstore setup. For locals, this is honestly an ideal CVS. It's clean, extremely organized, and very self-explanatory. Everything runs efficiently, and people move in and out quickly. Even when several customers walk in at once, checkout is fast and there's never a real line. It's one of those places where errands feel painless. The only real downside is staffing. There usually isn't more than one employee on the floor, and they're often busy stocking. If you're from out of town--especially if you're unfamiliar with self-checkout or need help navigating the store--that can be frustrating. While the layout makes perfect sense to locals, it might not feel as intuitive to someone visiting from outside the U.S. So while I'd absolutely recommend this CVS to locals for its efficiency and cleanliness, I wouldn't necessarily suggest it as the easiest option for international visitors or first-timers. Yes, it's a little weird to review a CVS--but that's my honest take. i

I had a 2:00 PM vaccine appointment and arrived at 2:05. I checked in using Walgreens' QR code and…read morereceived instructions to wait in the designated area. After 15 minutes without being acknowledged, I knocked on what appeared to be the clinic door. Five minutes later, I approached the pharmacy counter, where one technician was managing a line of seven or eight visibly frustrated customers. When I explained that I was there for a vaccine appointment, the technician responded, "Oh, you're here for a vaccine? Thanks for telling me." Apparently, their digital check-in system hadn't notified anyone I was there. I could have waited indefinitely had I not approached the counter myself. The technician offered to prepare my vaccine, but another 10 to 15 minutes passed while the pharmacist continued helping customers at the register. Eventually, additional staff appeared, and I was told someone else would administer my vaccine. By then, I'd had enough and left without receiving it. Throughout my visit, I witnessed multiple customers complaining about excessive wait times and prescriptions that weren't ready despite receiving notifications saying otherwise. Another customer told me he'd encountered the same situation the previous day and was leaving without his prescription. This wasn't just an understaffed pharmacy. It was a complete breakdown in communication and customer service. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment and checking in electronically if no one knows you've arrived? This experience reinforced why I stopped using Walgreens for prescriptions. I strongly encourage others to consider independent, locally owned pharmacies that accept their insurance. Walgreens is failing its customers, and we shouldn't continue rewarding this level of service with our business.

I have tried to use other pharmacies in Texas to fill my prescriptions in the past (cvs, Walgreens,…read moreBrookshire, Walmart). I was referred to this one by a friend. I drove in 70 miles from rural north east Texas; filled out the paper work-- talked about my needs and was assured they had not only the meds I need but the amounts I need. Plus they would deliver to my door step via UPS. The first 6 months went well- then things got "sloppy". I had to change my credit card on file because my accounts were compromised due to identity theft. I called and gave them the new card info. For two months in a row MY FILE was not "updated" and new card was not added. This month I called and asked if there would be an "issue"-finially they updated my file. I was told my Testosterone had already shipped--which was odd. I usually get the 200 ml bottle not the single dose bottles (those are a pain!). I returned home from out of town work and found they botched the Testosterone- they sent single dose not the larger 3 month supply. I guess nobody bothers to question "why" such a dramatic change occures suddonly in a med like this- Ive been on Testosterone replacement since my early 40s--only in Texas have I had so much NEEDLESS drama when filling my meds. Pennsylvania and California was never this difficult! Even the US Army got it right! This is just sloppy work--usully they do a good job but now for whatever reason they are having problems--healthcare is to important for mistakes and sloppy work

I show up to their new location (traveled from Garland to Oak Cliff) only to find their doors closed and a sign with a number to call for curb side pick up. After about 10 attempts to get someone to answer the phone, I finally gave up and drove back home. Two months ago they delivered one of my prescriptions when I made it clear that I would pick it up. I was not at home and the prescription sat in the sun for a few hours. I have had other issues with this pharmacy in the past. They don't seem to pay attention to detail, which leads to mistakes. I'm done with this business and have transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.
