Last week I bought a box of Hill's diet canned cat food, well my cats don't like it. On the box it says 100% satisfied guarantee, to bring it back to the retailer you bought it from with the receipt. So I do just that. I explain to the little prick everything, he calles calls the manager. Get off the phone and then tells me "absolutely not, we will not take it back we don't care what the box says". So we go back and forth I even tell him to have his manager come over. He tells me he lives in Iota. And im not making him come all the way over here for something i just told you no to. I cuss them all out lower then a coons ass and walk out. Well today I go to the one in Jennings to try and return the food. Without hesitation they scan my receipt scan the box and issue me my full refund. The only question that was asked was how many cans where missing from the box. That's twice I've had an amazing experience there. So I'll be doing my business in Jennings from now own. Fuck them dicking sucking pricks in crowley. They don't know anything at that store anyways

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Curbside Pickup…read more I placed a curbside order with Super 1 Foods and received the usual confirmation email with detailed instructions--so far, so good. I followed everything to the letter: arrived at the store, parked in the designated spot, texted the number provided... and then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Tried calling the store? Rings twice, then hangs up. Called the curbside number? Straight to voicemail. Left a message--no call back. It felt like I was trying to contact a ghost town. Eventually, after wasting a big chunk of my day, I finally got through to someone at the store who casually informed me their system was down and they would not be fulfilling my order. No apology. No notification ahead of time. Just a shoulder shrug and "too bad." Look, I get that systems crash--but not notifying customers and then going radio silent? That's just poor customer service. If your curbside system is down, say something. Don't leave people hanging in the parking lot like they're in a bad breakup. Super 1, you've got to do better. At minimum, send out a cancellation or alert when orders can't be fulfilled. Communication is key--and right now, you're ghosting your own customers.
