I am extremely disappointed with my recent online pickup order. After arriving at the store and…read morehaving my order loaded into my vehicle, I later discovered that several items I had already paid for were missing from the order. What was most frustrating was the lack of concern or accountability shown when I contacted the store. Instead of offering a reasonable solution for their mistake, I was simply told that I would need to drive back to the store to pick up the items that should have been included in the first place. When customers use online ordering and curbside pickup, they expect the store to verify that all paid items are included before the order is released. The failure to do so created an unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time. Mistakes can happen, but customer service is measured by how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, there was very little compassion or effort shown to make the situation right. I hope management takes steps to improve order verification and customer service so future customers do not have the same experience.

BUT, Although most of the brands we like are here, the specific items we seek are never available. Reminds me of the Rouse Market in New Orleans' "CBD", same thing. As a result, I shop on four sides of this store, but rarely enter it. What wasted potential & investment. You go, and check it out, your tastes may differ from ours. I still go a couple times/year, but am disappointed each time. Rick .

How about some cute cupcakes for your little one? They got that. Floral arrangements really can't be beat here as well, and the prices are way competitive. You are not going to find a better looking floral arrangement for under 20 bucks in this town. Their produce is always fresh and yummy and the meat department consistently puts out the best cuts. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars? I'm not a huge fan of the chicken salad here. But don't let that I'm a chicken salad snob deter you. You need groceries? Come here.

The Butcher here makes some awesome chicken & apple sausage. WOZA. The best way to have his Chicken & apple sausage is for breakfast with Bourbon maple syrup & buckwheat pancakes. You can tell him I said that ;) Anyhoo, he also makes some amazing seafood stuffed mushrooms. Yum yum yum. I want to drive over right now & get some of those. Last time I stopped by I got a whole giant pack of them, BBQ'em on the grill, then hubby & I fought over them till one bounced off the grill & the cat ran off with it. The irony. They are slightly different than Poche's stuffed mushrooms these have a whole shrimp on top of them. Meow! :)' My only complaint is they don't carry any fresh baked breads by Gambino's Bakery & that is a cardinal sin for a Cajun place. Come on y'all? Don't be cheap coonass's order the Gambino bread & I will update my review. Merci à bientôt.

There is a separate in-store lunch deli, and a Farm/Ranch/Feed/Hardware Store is in a separate building out back. Their homemade soups are very good, the freshly baked daily in-store "French" bread is also good. Meat market offers various of their own & commercial butcher & charcuterie items. Some Best Stop items are frequently available at Joyce's. Yesterday, on Christmas Day, the grocery, bakery, & deli were open until. mid-day. This was a great service to our small town community. This geture was appreciated by many. One small caveat: The prices are "all over", so while brand name soft drinks may be cheaper than at WalMart, the fresh turnips have been absurdly expensive. Check prices as you shop. Joyce's is a daily or twice-daily stop for this Old Guy. Rick .
