It's the place to shop in the Hub City for souvenirs and local art for tourists and locals. I first came in here for a mask during this pandemic because a coworker told me they had crawfish, crab and football themed ones handmade by a local artist. I ordered a couple and when they were ready I got a call to come in a pick them up. I fell in love with this little store and will be a regular for sure! I loved all the locally made art and just felt so much pride for my lovely city just browsing around in here. If you love local, you love Acadiana, you love Saints, LSU and UL football you will love Louisiana Hot Stuff.

The pumps were well maintained and the tap to pay worked flawlessly the fuel prices were competitive, I did not go inside being everything worked perfectly at the pumps including the receipt dispenser. I did snap a photo of the old pay phone located on a pole next to the store's sign, it did have a phone line attached to it although I didn't see if it was still in service I probably wouldn't know how to operate it anyways - pretty cool and definitely nostalgic...

I would swipe my card, enter in my zip code, and then it would prompt me to see cashier. My coworker experienced the same issue today as well with his own credit card. To get gas, I had to purchase a set dollar amount worth of gas first and then take a refund on my card of what's un-used afterwards. It adds a few more extra minutes to my commute since I have to walk back and forth for payment and receipts, not to mention wait in line for the cashier.

There is little or no front end retail; like candy, flowers, liquor, etc. Just great medications with great service. Easy parking, short waits, drive-through, personal service, & low co-pay's.
