This Walmart store in Crete, Nebraska is very nice and convenient for the area that don't have much shopping stores and don't feel like driving 30 miles down the road to Lincoln, Nebraska. This store location definitely has a nice selection of fruits and vegetables. The electrics department was very well organized and had a large selection of products available. This location has only one entrance and exit area unlike most locations with multiple entrances. There is a pickup lane at this location as well. The employees here are pretty decent and are very helpful especially the morning shift. Overall this store location is pretty nice with no complaints at all. They also allow commercial trucks to park in their parking lot. read more

This is a really nice and clean Walmart. I've found a few items priced a little lower here than at other Walmarts. They let trucks park in front and its much appreciated as theres nowhere to park for miles. Ive never seen any trash left behind so maybe they will keep letting us. If I know I'll be heading here Ill save my shopping to do it here. Nice people, clean store. read more

Worst Deli service ever! I go in to pick up a six foot sandwich, get to the deli and tell the gal that I need my sandwich. Doesn't ask my name or anything. She just turns and tells someone else to get it. The girl comes around with two long sheets of cardboard, with three two foot sandwiches on each. Ok, they look good. She places them lengthwise across the fat part of the cart. (I look like an airplane). Didn't think much about it, then she puts a package of lettuce, tomatoes, and onion on top. I get two feet and remember condiments. Now by this time the ladies have said two words to me. So I ask, do you have mustard and mayo packets? They say they are out, they will go get them. I ask how long it'll take, I have to have this sandwich to the group I'm picking it up for or they won't get to eat before they get on the bus to go to their evening activity. Two minutes she said. I thought that she was going in the store room to get some from stock. Almost 10 minutes later, she comes with a bottle off the shelf and proceeds to put stickers over the UPC codes. Off I go. I get to the front, which is not too far from the deli, and the sandwiches cave into the cart. The container with condiments in it turns out to be a fried chicken plastic container which has busted open. I look down and all the juice from the condiments is dripping on my boots, my other purchases, and all over the floor. The gal at the register gives me some paper towels while she is with another customer. Ok. Then she realizes that there is no UPC on the sandwich. Wait, what? She looks at me helplessly and I tell her how they were pretty rude to me. She continues to look helplessly at me and mumbles there's no UPC. I realize she wants me to go back and get a UPC from the deli. So I try to match her helpless look and give her my best 'what would you like me to do about it' face. Not meanly, just kinda helplessly. So she starts calling out to her coworkers for help. I felt kind of bad for her, but I was not trucking back over there. So finally they got it figured out, 25 minutes start to finish to pick up a sandwich. And now my car and boots reek from onions. And my boots are stained. Three days later my car still reeks of onions. I hope I don't have to have it detailed. And I love Walmart, but I will stick to Beatrice! Thy are the best I have found. read more
