Absolutely used to love Walmart, you can get anything from clothes to food all the way to pharmacy. However management is cruel to their employees with giving them hardly any time off around the holidays or providing them the hands they need to be efficient in their jobs and then blaming them for not completing their target goals while being short staffed. Corporate company's don't care about their employees do we really think they care about us, simply look at prices vs quality and quantity. I have been avoiding shopping at Walmart and other corporate companies and trying to do so by shopping more local and family owned business to support. There is a big difference between the Walmart at 4200 Salem Rd and the one at 10300 Industrial Blvd in Covington, GA. The one on Salem Rd has a higher reviews but I want to point out a few glaring differences between Industrial Rd and Salem Rd. Im not important enough for Walmart to bother responding to my questions when I do their surveys. I don't understand why Industrial Rd has these things but Salem Rd does't. *Assisted Checkout *Roving Security (that is to say a paid agency patrolling the parking lot) Salem Rd has the gate at the front while Industrial Rd doesn't. read more

The only reason I go here is because it's the closest one but I'm always prepared to be annoyed and have to go to at least one other Walmart. Don't bother checking the app because it never tells you the correct info. Majority of the employees will help u look tho which is nice I guess. Their vegan options are generally just nonexistent or weirdly trash. Also there's almost NEVER any humans working checkout. This makes the 3rd time I have used the app to order groceries. I make sure I select NO substitutes‼ But ever time They just give me what they want me to have‼ I ordered my groceries on Tuesday Night I was supposed to pick up on Wednesday between 2 and 3 PM at 2:15 they canceled my order and said I did not pick up within my window. I placed another order on Wednesday an hour later they canceled my delivery, advised that I can only pick up ! I scheduled for a pick up BUT I could NOT pick up until Saturday between between 8 and 9 AM.. at 8 o'clock AM Saturday, I got a text and email saying that my pick up would be delayed my pick up was not ready until after 10 ‼ and again to reiterate they gave me half of my order substitute itemsBUT..... I selected option for no substitutes at all‼ absolutely will not use this store or app again‼ Ooh Waite, then when picking up they say if I don't want the substitute I could take everything back to CUSTOMER SERVICE‼‼ Well that defeats the purpose of ordering online and doing a pick up‼ #DoBetter read more

Went to Walmart Brownsburg drone in Salem Road in Covington went with the intention to spend between 75 and 125 on Christmas supplies for making some thing for a customer Walmart on Salem Road Browns Bridge Automotive Christmas outside in the garden center with the door open and it is so cold in there that high couldn't think so I didn't buy anything I will go somewhere else and buy my supplies and this store just lost $100 sale every time I go in the store they don't have what I want the employees are unfriendly and now Christmas is outside OK great job walmart read more

Trying to get a covid booster. I scheduled an appointment online and all slots where available. Checked again today and still all times are available. I am the second person in line and the person helping the customer in front of me seems to have no idea how to do this. It was quicker when I received the first two initial vaccines. I am starting to get why some people don't want to deal with this but I have to do my part. I am going to give her 15 more minutes to get this done and then probably go do a walk in because that seems to be much quicker than scheduling an appointment. I don't like giving poor reviews but I think this one is justified. Get vaccinated but go somewhere else and save lives. read more

30 minutes waiting for my pickup order to come out. Was only 1 other car there when I got there. After they left, a 2nd car that pulled up got their groceries well before we ever did. I went here for a return ...Receipt and everything in order, still rude black ladies up there especially the older one , like you have to get the exact same thing to return that fine may I have the money and I call repurchase the kind I want... I've experienced better as that rating said above. Looking at the reviews of others and not seeing a change is very surprising. EB. mentioned about "They never have enough registers open." (TRUTH times 100) I've been to many other Walmart Stores and never had to experience a long wait. I would drive to a further one before the willing to wait theory. I've never been checked leaving a Walmart until going to this store. If they are trying to save money by... keeping a low staff on hand at night.. (guess again, stop being cheap and let employees get money) 1 - 2 registers open after 9pm with sometimes no scan alone purchase is not fun. 1 experience... 2 registers open with long lines then no scan alone with plenty of workers available to make customers leave on a considerate time. Prices are way more at this Walmart compared to other Walmart stores. read more

This Wal-Mart never has enough registers open. Their employees don't really know much either. Alot of the time I'm asking a simple question and they look at you like they have no idea what you're talking about. Their deli never has anything really. Every single time I come to their deli they are out of everything..no salads, No cold salads..and if on the rare chance I do get lucky and get the salad (loaded baked potato) it tastes old. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. After waiting 25 minutes in the return line the "customer service" lady said she couldn't scan the bar code on my item. I then watched her type in the wrong barcode twice so of course she couldn't find the item. She then tells me I can only return this item at the Walmart I bought it at which is out of state. Went the next day to my local Walmart and returned it no problem. read more

Love this Walmart. I'm an out of towner from a big city so I can appreciate a clean well stocked wal Mart. No matter what I needed and how many times I visited (a lot of times in one week) they had what I needed and the staff was bright and friendly. It's great to get nice service. They can improve on their baby cup selection as that's the only thing I wanted that I couldn't find the exact brand or colors I wanted. But that's not super big deal. Overall I will continue to visit this Walmart when I visit Covington. read more

This is the worst walmart of bad walmart in general. The store is poorly managed. It is evident because the store is always dirty, prices are not on shelves for items, staff presents sloppy in dress and ignorant to good customer service skills. Managers are rarely seen in the store and when they are called they take forever. I had to wait over an hour for a site to store pick up, which was only a charger for my son's tablet. In the future I will drive further than give this walmart my money. Walmart's motto should be "you get what you pay for so suck it up" read more

Nothing different from this Walmart then others. Seems to be a little bit smaller but a great country feel. You actually can enjoy a quite scroll around the store in the mid-morning, without the crowds. read more

The Bakery at this store is so helpful. I spoke with 4 different employees on different days because I was trying to figure out the details for my sons birthday cake. They went above and beyond to truly help me with the kindest attitudes. What a pleasant experience. read more

This Walmart is pretty much like the others. Smaller than most, but still they have the items you need. Only thing I cannot stand is the photo section NEVER has anyone there. I order photos and they have the cheapest prices, but after having to wait 20 minutes for help, it can get annoying. Still, great store and manager. read more

Horrible service. I buy products sometimes there like cake and such but the place is unclean and the prices are expensive. The price tags are never on the good things. I was looking at a cross man air rifle but the barcode wasn't working so I couldn't get it. Lousy managers when I have a problem I tell them but when I come the next week it is still a problem. Don't even get me started on cash registers, the lanes are always closed and I have to wait in a line 5 people long. All in all its pretty bad, but I consider it alright. read more
