I didn't wait around long after the second ring, I just left. I have had to wait sometimes for long periods of times but the weather was pleasant. I am the customer! I then drove back to the store to see what the problem was because again three lines on hold and a manager on hold. You could not and did not do your job inconveniencing me. In and out in less then 3 minutes with the convenience of AC in the truck. I went inside a few times to a cheerful greet, organized everything, clean and neat. One star knocked off for the wasp nest in the drive thru, a few time a wasp tried to hitch a ride on take off.
