The store had a large selection of hair and other products which is always nice to see. An employee noticed me wandering around and asked if I needed help which I kind of did and she said she'd return after she was done helping a different customer. I found most of what I was looking for without any help and the employee did come back to help me and was able to find a color I needed in the back. She was super sweet and I appreciated her help. But employees in the store at the time were very kind and I'd honestly drive the 10 extra minutes out to that store than the ones that were closer just because of this one experience.

I showed her the wig I that I wanted ... She went into this other back room we're the wigs were stored. She told me that she will bring it up to the front counter. I made my purchase. But when I got home it was not the same wig that was on the manikin head.So brought it back to exchange for the one that I want it. And all I got was a hard time saying that I can not exchange. , when clearly on the receipt says, they don't do refunds, but you can exchange or get a store credit. they send the manager an Asian woman. As they are able to sell to the general population rather than specializing in only professinal product lines they do their best trying to assist the do-it -yourselfers. As in any retail establishment each employee has not had the opportunity to try each product. However they receive feedback and do a good job at relaying that information to the customer. DIYers have a tendancy to think that it is a simple task to be a hair stylist. We receive much education and must be board certified to work in a hair salon. Therefore it may depend on the applicator of said product to handle any mishaps that may occur, with a sound solution. But as always the more experience you have in hair care the better suited you are to handle un-successful applications.This is not the only Beauty Supply in Ga. For varied professional lines there are Stores that cater only to professionals who have been educated in hair care. You should be grateful that Sallys gives you the opportunity to experiment on your own or learn by your errors. Our appointment started on time and ended within an hour which was great. I brought my daughter with her hair washed and blow dried. Brittany flat ironed her hair and added in the hair (hair purchased by me) for my daughter's braided ponytail. My daughter loved her ponytail and looked amazing though it only lasted for 4 days. We'll definitely be back. 4 stars because clearer directions could be added to find the right suite and it would be great if we were able to maintain the style for more than 4 days.
