I never experienced such rudeness in my life! I'm calling concerned about my child and speaking respectfully, the pharmacist lacked listening at all, I explained everything and he still asked the same question and had no understanding about what I was concerned about, I stated Feel I'm not being heard because of that, he replied I have to go, I have things to do my god I never.. then proceeded to hang up when I response well that was rude. We literally was on the phone for two minutes after I waited seven to speak to anyone .. rightfully so I waited like anyone else to have atleast 5 mins to get my son condition straighten out! I really happy I'm mature enough to handle this mistreatment and go somewhere else. However he should watch how he speak to people some will not take it lightly, especially about there child! read more

CVS Pharmacy - Duration of call - Drugstores Near Me - Covington, Georgia

CVS is quickly becoming the Walmart of drugs. I visited this location and could not get out of the store because there was a line at the self check out and there was no physical person to be seen at the front of the store. I refuse to use self check out so I put my items down and went to the other CVS store just a few miles across town. The same exact thing happened there. I will not check myself out because that is not my job. I do not work at your store nor do I want to. Thankfully Walgreens had friendly staff at the front of the store who happily scanned my items and placed them in a bag so that I could take them home. read more

I have never had to wait for more than a couple minutes to get a prescription. When I go to the drive-through, the line moves very quickly. I find everybody that I've ever dealt with they're very professional and accommodating. I'm not sure I have ever liked a pharmacy better than this one. read more

If I could give a zero I would, I tried to transfer my prescription to this pharmacy and they somehow managed to lose my prescription resulting in me not being able to get a prescription that was detrimental for me to take everyday for three days. The pharmacy was unprofessional and kept telling me it was a fault on my part when i had all the emails staying my prescription was transferred and ready. THEY LOST AN IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTION. do not use them. read more

I called in a refill at 9:14 am today. They said it will be ready by one. Received a text at ten saying it was ready. Drove at 12:10 to pick it up and waited 20 minutes to be told it's not ready and give them another hour. Go back at 2:30 to be told it's not ready. Give them another hour, and on top of it these people have been really rude. Poor customer service, long waits, prescriptions not ready when promised. Covid tests performed in the drive thru really inconvenience the customers just trying to pick up prescriptions that are never ready. Most of the time you're lucky if they even have your medication in stock. Then they act as if you did something wrong and speak very poorly to you. Regardless of the kind of day you're having you took a job in customer service, it's really time to step up the treatment of customers before you start losing them. This is absurd!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the WORST, RUDEST, INCOMPETENT pharmacy staff I have ever seen or dealt with! I received a text advising that my prescription was ready and when I went to pick it up, the employee said to give her 15 minutes as it wasn't ready. I advised her I received a text and she proceeded to ask to see it...HOW RUDE!! I deleted the text as I was pulling up to the window, so I will take that, however, it was as though she was questioning what I was telling her. Then I called to speak with the pharmacist and was put on hold for 11 minutes, so I hung up and called back. This time an even more RUDE, INCOMPETENT employee answered the phone and said "we are busy" and that was her explanation for leaving me on hold for 11 minutes....UNACCEPTABLE!! I will be contacting the pharmacy manager tomorrow and changing pharmacies immediately....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! read more

The pharmacist woman there acts as though she knows more about your medical conditioner than the treating doctor does and makes decisions on whether you can get your medication all though it's due to be filled. I'll never go to that pharmacy whe she is working. read more

Convenience is the main reason I shop at this location. While the pharmacy employees are pleasant, the pharmacy closes early on weekends, so I'm never sure if I will be able to pick up my refills. I was just released from hospital after 4 days with perforated colon from routine colonoscopy. Hospital called in rx for 2 different antibiotics, and the pain meds I had to take personally to get filled. I still had hospital bracelets on, and when I attempted to pay for them they said they would need valid id...I left my DL at home in little bag I used at hospital, but I had my Concealed Carry in my wallet. I pulled it out, states all over it "government issue" with holograms, state seals, judge signatures, etc..looks like a regular state issue id card or DL, but I was told it had to be "valid government issue"..?? Well it states that all over it in large letters even, but they would not accept it. So I left with no meds that I desperately need. I have always used CVS but never again. Sounds to me like the are liberal anti gun, anti 2nd Amendment because that seems to be the trend of treatment these days...refusing service. B.S. read more

I am not at all happy about this CVS location! At least not the pharmacy section of the store. The employees are very rude. Not to mention, I have been having trouble with late or no prescriptions for my disabled father. They are always having to send his prescriptions back to the doctor, because they can not get their information right! Just today was the last straw for me; they are now losing his prescriptions, and giving bogus lies that they were not called in a week prior, even after I spoke to the pharmacist himself, along with the doctor's office. Today, I was told some prescriptions were not called in, so the employee told me they would call the doctor. Well, I called the doctor's office myself as she was. The doctor tells me that she just spoke to the employee and is calling in a new one. The doctor also told me that she did in fact call it in last week, so CVS lost the prescription, and then agreed with me on how complicated this pharmacy was being. So, shortly after I got off the phone with the doctor, the CVS employee calls me back saying the doctor is calling in a new prescription and admitted they forgot to call it in last week. Well, I flat out told her she was a bold face liar because I'd just gotten off the phone with the doctor's office as well, and was told a different story. I know that my doctors office is not lying, because I'd spoken to the main pharmacist himself a week prior from the time the first prescription was initially called in. I guess this employee, Sarah, did not want to admit her mistake on the job for losing the prescription, so she thought she'd lie to me. I do not think this is very professional at all. She should have apologized for the inconvenience and for being rude! I will no longer be using this CVS, and I will in fact be calling corporate to complain about all of the many problems I keep going through with these people! read more
