Customer service is supposed to close at 7pm. I showed up an hour before and they told me they were closed. Apparently there is only one person in the whole entire store that can work customer service and that once person was on break for lunch. Wasted my time driving out here. They could have at least got a manager to help. read more

I'm not a fan of this Walmart; it seems that the shelves ;are always empty when I've been here; and when you ask for help no one knows where anything is at! The produce is sad looking, and slimy looking salads. The bananas look like someone played the drums with them... I have tried different days and different times and it's always the same! Don't try to get a PS5 from the poorly run store. After standing in line for 2 hours outside, found the store employees were first in line. Store Manager says employee can do what they want on their own time, however even go in the store before it opens to stand in electronics to get a PS5, so that seems fair. Maybe Walmart pays them to shop while on the clock instead of working. If employees can go in the store after hours while clocked out, what else could they be doing unsupervised. NO it wasn't just one employee in line, but three. After reviewing other complaints regarding this store, re empty shelves, employees were shoppng on store time apparently. read more

Yes it is a Walmart. Yes, we have all been to one. No, this is not like the others. This Walmart has the cleanest store I have seen across the country. It also has the friendliest workers anywhere. I have used their auto center for tires, grocery, toys, materials, clothes, pharmacy, etc. Every single person is there to help and actually seems happy to do so. Wow! read more

It is very convenient to have a Walmart so close to home, and I seem to find myself here 2-3 times a week. This location is a little limited on what they keep in stock, but you can find most things you need. The aisles get a little congested at times with all the employees who are filling online orders, but other than that, this Walmart is clean and organized. read more

I'm only putting five stars so my review go to the top. I meant to write this review yesterday but I was really busy. I thought about not writing it because it's the next day but I'll still in so much shock. I've never had a problem with this Walmart until yesterday. There was this boy and he was so rude to my mom and I. My mom had asked him where something was and with a snappy tone of voice, he said, "My job isn't to help you. You should try asking someone who works in the store." I guess he is an online grocery pick up person. The thing that angers me the most is that my mom was so sweet about it and he showed no remorse or care in the world. After he talked to her like that, I calmly said, "Can you take us to a manager?" He rolled his eye and muttered, "oh my god." Then he said, "You can find someone else cause I'm not the one" and walked away. I can't believe the company has hired someone with so much unnecessary attitude and hatefulness. I was livid and I left before I lost it on a manager for letting that boy disrespect my mom and I like that. His name tag said "Rayqwon." read more

Do not bother with grocery pickup. Half my items were supposedly out of stock. I got charged for items that they didn't include. I called and then they said, oh we have them - they just forgot to bring them out. I'm not driving back there and good thing I caught this error or I would've never known. They're lazy and indifferent. Then you wait for them to come to your car for three times as long as it would take you to go inside the store and do your shopping yourself. Never going to use this service here again. read more

A very helpful and pleasant Jasper assisted me on my search for acini de Pepe despite it being a busy Black Friday when it was understaffed and crowded. Sue also helped tremendously in self checkout. I made several errors and she was patient while she assisted me not once, not twice but three times !! I was embarrassed but she didn't make a big deal out of. I'm finished with them!!! It's been one bad experience after another! Today, I found out that they have a policy that if an employee doesn't feel comfortable selling you an item, they can refuse to let you buy it for any reason! Just their judgement and personal feelings about the 2 seconds they have spent with you. And once they make that decision, no one in the store can overturn it. They have the say so. And, if you have anyone with you that is underage when you are buying a regulated item (such as alcohol, ammo, spray paint...), they can refuse to sell to you if they think you might give them access to those items or for any other reason based on their "feelings!" So if you buy spray paint, don't hand the sack to your 17 year old to carry out to the car! And if you call the corporate number, you have to listen to a speech about why everyone needs to wear a mask before you can speak to someone. I'm so over it! read more

Can I tell you how awesome it is to have a Walmart so close to home?! I know there are probably a good 10 within a five mile radius, but this one for now does the trick. The staff though young (it seems like I always get the lines with high schoolers) are very friendly, and the place is kept clean. No complaints! read more

Day time customer service is exceptional. Night time customer service is inferior toward customer treatment and improper reaction even from current manager who without at least make an apology for such inferior treatment. 3 times in a row are little unprofession of such manager ( my guess is an assistant manager). read more

I went to pick up a cake for my son and mothers birthday on a Monday before 5:00, they were two woman at the bakery but I was told neither one of them could write Happy Birthday on the cake. I won't be back to this bakery. read more

To the two register area assistant managers working 3/4 at 3:30pm, you reall need to learn about customer service. While the two of you stood behind the customer service desk with two other employees chatting aboit the weather, while only one of those employees was working and there were 4 people in line already. Then I tell you as you walk off that I have a Site to Store pickup, should I get in the other line you say no she will help you pointing to the one girl working. Then when she finally helps me she has to call you over to unlock the door to get my Site to Store order......really poor service. But good job on walking around chatting and laughing. read more

Wal-Mart is great place to get your house hold needs. It has great prices and an amazing variety. The staff at Wal-Mart is awesome, they're very helpful and nice. They will have all of your wants and needs at Wal-Mart's. read more
