On a recent visit to Chippewa Falls, my son needed a good pair of shoes, and we heard this store had a great selection. That turned out to be an understatement. The place is filled with high-quality brands -- not just Mason. In fact, I don't recall even looking at a shoe labeled "Mason." There are lots of choices for footwear, including athletic, hiking, and casual shoes. They also carry both athletic and casual clothing. The merchandise isn't cheap, but it's all very good quality. We ended up finding a nice pair of athletic shoes that my son can wear for work.

Shoe shopping with a 6 year old was rather difficult while holding having to pee. When we inquire the ladies at the front; one being the manager, were snarky and rude about it. Almost finding it amusing they weren't allowing people to use the restroom. As a family that spends hundreds every trip we were Beyond disappointed by the rudeness of there Workers and will no longer be supporting such lowsy customer service. I have been a customer of Costco since 2002. I started my membership with Costco while I lived in Colorado. The meat selections as well as the seafod are great. My only critic is the bags they are currently using for the roasted chicken. The bags are somewhat awkward. I travel 1 1/2 hours to Costco and the trip is well worth it.

I have an absurdly Narrow foot...AAA/AAAAA and the heels NEVER fit on the boots/shoes I've ordered from them and never a problem with returning or crediting my bank account. Lately I ordered just some Easy Spirit clogs and sandals and WOW, the clogs fit to perfection. Have had to have cobbler adjust sandals a bit but they, too, will work. Am thrilled! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they advertise the width of some if these sandals as "2A" and neither the box nor the shoes reflect this width, so am guessing this is a stretch of the truth. I don't like that I have to pay $6.95 or so for returns but that's just a minor annoyance for shoes, other than athletic shoes, that I can wear. Customer service on phone on has been very nice, also!
