The tire & lube is horrible. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, and taken my truck 3 times.
The first time was for my tires to be balanced and rotated.... they rotated and didn't balance. So within 24 hours it was back to them and they said they didn't have the right weights for my tires. They lost a lug nut, and didn't even tell me until I was inspecting the tires and seen it when I walked to the truck.
The second time.... my tire calls for 80PSI, they decreased my tires down to 35PSI and told me the light on the dash didn't mean anything and would go off on it's own. When i advised it was on because they let out so much air on my tires they told me that was impossible. I only took the vehicle for a nail in one tire be fixed, they took it upon themselves to let that much air out of all four tires. I told them my vehicle had a sensor which was programmed by Toyota themselves for the special order tires and had to be ran at 80 on all four. The guy told me I was misinformed and didn't know what I was talking about (because I was a girl) I requested the air be put back in what i brought the tires...and surprise the light on my dash went off like I told him it would.
The third time...I took a brand new set of tires to be mounted and balance. They called me back and told me my stud was broke and their policy wouldn't let them touch the tire in that condition. To LEAVE a brand new set of tires over 900 in their possession until I got the stud fixed and then they would help me. When i asked them to explain to my husband what they meant by "broke" he got an attitude and told me to tell him "the stud is broke like we said" come to find out, my truck has in set studs.... the stud was not broke nor even close to being broke off. I took it to the shop they told me to "go get it fixed" and he laughed as soon as he took a look at the stud and said nothing at all was wrong with it.
Their techs have no idea about vehicles and only know standard jobs and standard vehicles.
Their techs have no training whatsoever. Their prices beat everyone, but in the end you get a tech that only knows basics because they don't ensure they have proper training for working on newer vehicles or vehicles that have safety features. It's not worth saving the few bucks, and risking someone incompetent costing you more in the end.
This is only the issues I have had with tires, not to mention they lost 2 of my oil pan screws, placed the wrong coolant in my vehicle and I had to pay Toyota to flush my system when my condenser started messing up. Honestly, this place should only be in business to fix flats (because that only takes common sense to plug) read more
