This is "my" Walmart. While It's not the best Walmart I've been to, over the eleven plus years I've lived in the area, I've seen positive changes made which justify a five star rating. These changes include a commitment to diversity (though you might not be able to see it right now as people come and go); a commitment to a cleaner store and cleaner bathrooms; a commitment to a super-friendly and efficient pharmacy staff; and overall staff who are willing to help you find what you need. Moreover, I've found that (generally speaking) most of the people who shop there are kind and helpful if you need it though most people keep to themselves nowadays (as we really should in this post-COVID-19 world). I noticed the changes when the store made its last major changes with respects to the location of items somewhere around the beginning of the year. When I first moved here, I would've given everything except the pharmacy one star no doubt. Now, I'm appreciative of the people there. My only complaint is that they'd keep moving stuff around but I hope that's over except for normal holiday season/seasonal changes. read more

not happy at all. placed a Walmart order for pickup and they said it was delayed, my boyfriend went to pick up the order at 10 PM because they close at 11 and sat there and waited and called with NO answer. We drive from Marshall to Charlotte because it's the closest Walmart but still a 30 minute drive and receive NO service. They didn't even pick up the phone. We are calling corporate. absolutely disgusted. read more

Yes there is low prices, great deals on everyday products, and a large variety for everything you need. However, the staff at this establishment tend to forget that there are people shopping there and might need assistance finding the things that they need. Not only do they not care to assist you, they even try to ignore you. If you want to save money, buy items at a lower cost, and ruin the American economy. By all means, shop at walmart... read more

Prescription sent to Walmart by mistake. I thought, no big deal... I wish I would have call the doc and had it switched. Been waiting an hour and a half... Biggest issue is they close up shop for lunch. So for 30 minutes absolutely nothing happens, with the exception of more orders coming in. I can't believe they staff it like this. I feel bad for all the older people that are force to wait multiple times in the same line. From now on in Charlotte MI I will be using Meijer. read more

Some very invisible workers,unless you don't need help,then they are stocking shelves and you cant get to the products. When you go to check out if you are lucky there will be 2 lanes open, (usually only one lane open) with 6 to 7 customers in each lane. You can then look over at the customers service desk where 2/3 managers are standing around shooting the breeze! Sometimes the will call the invisible worker up to run a cash register, but most time they tell you to use the self check out for your 200 dollars worth of groceries. NOW THERE IS NO DISCOUNT FOR DOING THE JOB OF CHECKING YOURSELF OUT. NOPE NONE not even 5% you would think the could discount you for saving them from paying an employee to do the job of check out. Then you have the employee who when they put a Clarence sticker on (usually food) they cover up the bar code,then you have to wait for one of the managers to take a break from the breeze shooting to come over ride! Seriously ,they need some new managers to hire some in shape workers! As stated in the film RAIN-MAN... WAL MART SUCKS!!! And only Walmart can fix this! One more thing,we have a Walmart credit card,every time we have tried to use it it comes up as a debit card,and the cashiers always say you need a pin number...BS its a credit card through Walmart! read more

Rarely come to this store and every time I do I'm reminded why I drive much farther to go elsewhere. One cashier open 12 people in line and a manager that is bitching at customers that another cashier is coming in in 30 minutes. When an employee said he was register trained, he was told to go back to stocking. Staff here is as good as can be expected. Managers are often rude. read more

We purchased a television in Feb. 2016 from this store. We also purchased the replacement plan after explanation from the service associate and cashier both explained to us that if anything goes wrong with the television we would be able to use the plan to have the television replaced. Today July 26th I spoke with the hotline to recover our receipt as we did not have the original any longer. When I called about the replacement as our television is not working properly I was told I would receive a box to send it away and wait for it to be repaired. Now I am supposed to be without my television for a month? What happened to being able to bring it in and replace it no problem as I was told by 2 different associates in the store the day I purchased the unit? Once again Wal Mart has let me down and is selling a product without being honest as to how it REALLY works! I feel Wal Mart should honor what I was told in store and I should be able to take the malfunctioning unit in and exchange it for a working unit. read more

I was VERY upset about this store, the staff was absolutely horrendous and did not do their jobs when my friends keys were thrown under the toilet paper she had to climb in to get them, they told us to leave and that we were LUCKY they didn't call the cops when she simply had to grab her keys. They do not follow the price match guarantee as advertised. Today I was told by the customer service manager that they would not honor my match (lunchables for .99 at meijer) because there was too big of a price difference even though it was clearly written in the ad and I had the exact item. read more

This review is not meant for any particular Walmart location but instead for it's online services. I recently ordered some gifts for Easter that were to be delivered by March 30, 2018. I contacted customer service when tracking showed my purchase have not been delivered to the FedEx facility after three days. Customer service basically said don't worry about it I'll be there by March 30. The next day I checked tracking and now it says it will be there on April 3. I Contacted customer service again told them I needed to cancel the order. They said they were unable to help me and sent me somewhere else. These people just put me on hold until I hung up. This is the second time I've ordered something online from Walmart and both times I have been very dissatisfied. I've been told by other people never to use Walmart online, and now I know why. From now on I will use my Amazon account to make online purchases. Amazon seems to use have customer service figured out. Walmart is a waste of time. The only reason I am giving them one star is because zero stars is not available. read more
