I had the worst customer service. I dropped off a roll of film and was told it would take up to 3…read moreweeks to develop. Calling them 3 weeks later to check to make sure it was in before driving, the guy told me they would call when it was done so not to call again. A month goes by still haven't heard anything i call again. I was told they had nothing. 5 weeks go by and told still nothing. They refused to check the status. Called customer service where i was hung up on twice, transferred to the store after telling them they wouldn't give me an update, and then finally given an answer. She said it would be done by Friday (3 days later). Called the store that Saturday again they had nothing and she said she would check and call back by the next day. 3 days i didnt hear anything. I called back to them telling me they couldn't do anything. Once i said i was told it would be looked into she finally did. It would be another 2-3 weeks. After all that i finally got a call saying the pictures were done (almost 2 months later). Just to pay 20.99 for none of them to turn. That part i know isn't their problem. Just the worse customer service and run around i have ever got.

This is "my" Walmart. While It's not the best Walmart I've been to, over the eleven plus years I've…read morelived in the area, I've seen positive changes made which justify a five star rating. These changes include a commitment to diversity (though you might not be able to see it right now as people come and go); a commitment to a cleaner store and cleaner bathrooms; a commitment to a super-friendly and efficient pharmacy staff; and overall staff who are willing to help you find what you need. Moreover, I've found that (generally speaking) most of the people who shop there are kind and helpful if you need it though most people keep to themselves nowadays (as we really should in this post-COVID-19 world). I noticed the changes when the store made its last major changes with respects to the location of items somewhere around the beginning of the year. When I first moved here, I would've given everything except the pharmacy one star no doubt. Now, I'm appreciative of the people there. My only complaint is that they'd keep moving stuff around but I hope that's over except for normal holiday season/seasonal changes.

Based on the reviews for the other locations, I'm going to guess that it's not just because they're new in town--they really are that fast and that great.
