The people that manage this store aren't doing their jobs. The checkout process is utterly a cluster. As far as groceries, it takes months for them to restock certain items on top of the selection is much more limited than other Wal-Mart super centers. When moving to Butler I didn't realize I would have to shop at Target or Giant Eagle to get my groceries due to these issues. Very disappointing! read more

The female manager in the grocery department might be the most crude, rude, ignorant person I have ever spoken to.​ Don't ever sign up for their grocery delivery it is truly the worst service of any store I have ever dealt with. The store blamed their lack of deliveries on Spark delivery drivers. I ordered groceries on the app at 6 am at 10 pm my groceries and much needed salt for ice melting were still sitting in the store no apologies given by the manager. I have Walmart + I placed a grocery order and the the most important item was chocolate chip morsels. Didn't receive, but was charged for two packages. I need them for a tailgate party in the morning. Had to pay another $22 to get the item delivered!! Sooooooooooo unhappy with the service! Called Walmart. I could reorder but would have to pay the tip again. Or I could come to the store and pick up! If I wanted to go to the store, I wouldn't have paid a tip to have it delivered! Not my fault. I know that they are going through a remodel process that is supposed to be complete in May. This store is absolutely ridiculous. The new layout is unfriendly confusing and unnecessary. The checkout process is extremely slow not well thought out and reminds me of the livestock shutes at the National Western Stock Show. I'll give it one more chance after it's official opening. I was staying in one of the nearby hotels and decided I needed a midnight snack. It was quite a shocker to realize how many buttheads infest this store during operation hours. Some skunk bag approached me in the toothpaste aisle asking for spare change. He took my money, smacked me in the face with it and poisoned my hopes and dreams. I had two whole dollars and now I'm stuck without them! If only my teeth were as clean as my pockets. After departing the store with a bitter taste in my mouth, I walked to Sheetz -- only to be overwhelmed by the hefty MTO prices. I picked some weeds from the nearby embankment and scavenged some old McDonald's fries from the street for a classic Pittsburgh-style salad. I got followed out the door and investigated by a Greeter simply because I opted out of my paper receipt. This Walmart always has a wide selection, especially since this one is a super store. The brand are consistent, but the specific product may vary from week to week. The store is usually busy, so plan ahead for that and that you may have to park a little further away. The staff are very helpful if you have any questions as well. read more

It's your normal super Walmart that's really busy and you have to park far away. The best part is I always find cloths on clearance which saves me a lot of money. Some times I'll find mark downs in the produce section or bakery section. The set up of the store made it easy to checkout because I hate waiting in long lines read more

I just wanted to come in and cash a check through customer service. Walmart I have no issue with but the wood forest bank clerk would persist me to cash my check there instead and would not leave me alone after I said no thank you. that should've been enough the first time. but it wasn't. she kept pushing me and pushing me to open an account with them when I declined their offer multiple times and was still harassed about it. i was just thinking to myself "am I not allowed to cash a check through customer service?" "why won't this lady take no for an answer." I felt very uncomfortable and annoyed after she kept hassling me about it. So I left and said "You know what, I'm just gonna go." and she was like "oh you don't have to go" and I said "yes I do lady quit trying to force me into something I didn't want." They have ignored the middle names of receivers when doing Walmart 2Walmart transfers, omitted necessary information, and now have flipped sender and receiver details. Signed up for Walmart plus to get grocery delivery in Dec 2020 and have been very disappointed. Orders frequently just don't get delivered. At first this happened without any kind of contact to let me know there was a problem. They recently started sending a "delivery delayed" message but there is still no other info available beyond that. Having paid for an annual membership and adding additional fees per order on top of that, it's infuriating that nearly 50% of my orders never arrive. Even worse, when I contact them about it, it's clear they don't consider it to be a problem. The last failed order I contacted them about got me an email addressed to someone else telling me to cancel and reorder. Even if I were willing to do that, my grocery budget is being held hostage by their pre authorization leaving me with no groceries and no available funds to go elsewhere. I'll be sticking to Instacart from now on. In the same time period, they've never once failed or even inconvenienced me. read more

Took my car to get an oil change at Butler Walmart..7 days later started smelling oil. Looked under hood...nothing. After about another week was sitting at red light and smoke was pouring out from under hood! Pulled over, put up hood...smoke everywhere...looked near back of engine and the dipstick was up 1/2 inch! My husband recently bought a smartphone for Straight Talk and made an appointment to have everything transferred over with a ST rep. The appointment was for 10 and he didn't show up and my husband waited for an hour. The electronic dept said they couldn't get a hold of the rep and didn't offer any other solutions. I called and asked for the electronics dept and no one would answer the phone. I then called back and asked to talk with a manager and waited on the phone for ten minutes before hanging up. Needless to say I am not happy with Walmart and Straight Talk.
