The second seemed to know something about the products and told me it was discontinued. She ended up recommending to me this oily Firewall product that doesn't work and talked me into renewing my Beauty First yearly enrollment. I wasted $40.00 at this place. I found my Matrix Mega Sleek spray on amazon. Beauty first is a joke. You got me this time so relish it because I'm never going back. Too bad you don't care about your customers. I knew I should have just left the store immediately when I didn't find my product. Buyers beware: If they tell you something is discontinued, what they really mean is they don't sell it at Beauty first anymore, that doesn't mean the manufacturer discontinued the item. When we were finally able to flag her down (she was still having a side conversation about an associate's leggings while cashiering) she gave the two customers in front of me samples for having to wait and was rather rude to me and offered nothing for me standing there. This is why I only shop Ulta for 21 days of beauty otherwise I shop chains like sephora and Macy's where they are helpful and want my business. Update: I went back in today to get the 21 day of beauty deal and this time I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store and asked by multiple associates if I needed help. The Manager was again having side conversations ( this time about how bad she wanted a diet fountain drink) but everyone else was really accommodating. The Color Specialist is awesome though: Just be a little cautious when taking advice from anyone else. Other than that bit of bad advice, the employees of this store are all wonderful; extremely knowledgeable about the things they carry and will readily admit if they don't know something or aren't 100% sure. Which is reassuring. In short, if you're not a beautician and have hair color questions, it's probably best to call ahead and make sure the color specialist is in. She's awesome and knows what she's doing. She'll also help you with correcting botched color pretty effectively, so long as you take her advice.

They stood behind the counter, talked to each other, and did not say hello. I also noticed that the shelves at this Sephora were understocked and sometimes empty. I had expected to see a wider variety and availability of products. I ended up not buying anything. However, if you like Fenty Beauty by Rihanna, this store currently has a large and full display of those products.

Due to COVID I had to move and had so much going on with my life. I asked to exchange my foundation that I baught, I didn't want my money back, I just wanted a foundation my color. I did not want to exchange my nars. I was hoping they would be able to do that. The manager told me, they would only be able to do 1/3 of what I payed. And that was a NO for me. For such a big company. I was hoping they would be able to help me out. I am one customer. That just got caught in this pandemic, and forgot to exchange a foundation color. For them not to be able to do that is so upsetting. I go there all the time. I spend my last to make sure I can look and feel good in this crazy world. This is upsetting to me. TRULY! Love y'all, but do better. I know company's that would put their customers first, and exchange without a issue. and I never caused harm. Or a headache. So I said, okay. I just love makeup like you. And I wanna move forward. But now I have a foundation that I would never use and cost me $$. As much as I love Sephora. The customer satisfaction is not there.
