I have the PAID for walmart Account and today i was having something delivered and twice so far today they have lied to me about not having delivery drivers to deliver my $100 purchase This is the FOURTH time they have given me the same excuse because they have dropped the Ball.Twice I have rescheduled for their inability to do their job they get paid for.I live in savoy Texas .I know the location shows me in orlando fl. but No read more

If you want to place a basic delivery order for some basic items, don't do it through them. Do it with Texoma Delivery or someone else. WM delivery will deliver the wrong items, then make you do all the work to fix their mistake (IE you need to call the delivery service to get the driver out to pick up the items, you need to cancel the order and place a new one, etc.). Their customer service at the toll-free number is atrocious, and forget about calling the store. They all refuse to do that thing called their jobs. I don't subscribe to that nonsense called "the customer is always right," but the customer also doesn't need to do your job, people at Bonham Wal-Mart. If Eiker had just done his/her/their job right the first time, I wouldn't have to deal with this nonsense. read more

I don't know who this Kaylie person is, but I came in here early morning to get some shopping done. She's yelling at vendors, being very aggressive. I had to look at her badge, cause honestly. No human should treat other humans like this. Being kind is free! Disappointed. read more

They really GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! We needed a particular item ordered for our baby and they got it immediately, thank you! We go here at least once a week for our daily essentials. The staff/managers are usually smiling and you know that they are there to help without making you feel like you are bugging them like the Dallas locations. We love our girl who is always at the self checkout area. She is so sweet and personable. This Walmart is an exemplary example on what others should strive for: EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep it up :) read more

The staff is rude. I have never seen a store where there wasn't a yes sir, no sir, thank you have a great day given. Their special vending services at the front of the store usually do not work. Their poor "cart crew" isn't equipped with machines to lug the string of carts back to the store. The prices are getting high but at the bulk rate that walmart pays and the obvious loss nation wide in revenue on other goods, it's obvious gouging. Economics in Bonham are in part, suppressed by the City Council mostly blamed by the citizens, who assert that the city has blocked many businesses in entering the city in order to preserve the country feel. This is to their own destruction. read more

Walmart Supercenter - The front - Department Stores Near Me - Bonham, Texas

Absolute worst customer service experience over a loaf of bread that was picked up from online order. Bag was slit open, bread exposed. Called to ask for a refund was told no that's not going to be done that I would need to bring bread back to store and it would be exchanged after it was inspected. ( inspected?!) The woman I spoke too said she was the store manager and there would be no refunding of my money. Yes it was a $2.78 loaf of bread, the issue here is that customer service was snippy, her way or the highway, and unprofessional- I have to drive a 20 mile round trip to return an item from my order that the damage should have been obvious to the person picking it. At the very least a refund issued at initial call as opposed to the smart mouth retort from what was supposed to be a manager. Called corporate, matter was resolved in less than 7 minutes. Will drive to McKinney before going back to this store that makes up their own rules as opposed to following corporate guidelines. read more

A social mecca and the life blood of the Fannin county retail industry. Where else are you going to procure a lawn mower, laundry detergeant, a futon, Fruity Pebbles, a hunting bow, ankle socks, and the director's cut Dawn of the Dead DVD at 3AM on a Tuesday? All this available to you at one location and at insanely reduced prices. Wal-Mart be thy name! read more

Worst Wal-Mart I've ever been in. They have such a crappy clothing selections and the product selection in general just sucks.

Ok. I had the worse experience at the Walmart in Bonham, Texas. I was checking out at the self checkout which was full of other people checking out but 4 workers stood directly behind me the entire time watching me checkout and then they wanted to look through my bags after I bagged an item. I was the only black person that was checking out and I was the only person they was watching and who bags they was looking through while I was in the middle of still scanning. This is racial profiling and I didn't appreciate it at all because I always pay for my stuff and I don't believe all the front workers had to stand over me either! If your black don't go to the Bonham Walmart!!!!!!! read more

Yesterday was August 29, 2021 at 4:40PM. I was waiting in line in customer service , I am standing for 10 minutes when all of a sudden 3 women went to the customer service, talk for 20 minutes. I am standing for 32 minutes already and went home. The man next in line to me he is standing for 2 minutes and they immediately help him. The 3 women and 1 man they did not wait and got help immediately. I am standing and in line for 32 minutes they did not help me at all I am very tired standing. The other women customer service clerks are coming in and out of their desk. One time I went to the walmart toilet, I cannot urinate, all the 4 toilets are full of shit, they do not flush the toilet with shit. I return 1 stuff, and I receive a $10 refund instead of $20.00. I forget to pick up my cash back of $20.00 the clerk gave me a $10.00 cashback. The cashier charged a $70 carton of cigarette , the regular price is $63.00 at that time. I want to buy a sofa futon, they do not help carry the futon in your truck. One black girl is always going out of enter door and comes very near to me coming in, always going where I am going and mop the floor. I want to buy a bag lemons and 1 sales clerk is standing in the lemons doing nothing. I am sending moneygram for 100 times and all of a sudden they do not want me to send moneygram anymore. This happened in Walmart Bonham, Texas. Walmart store is not the problem, the people is. read more

The WORST Walmart I've ever been in. Rudest costumer service I've ever witnessed in a Walmart! I've lived here over a year, and have gone to the Walmart in Bonham at the very least twice a month. Every. Single. Time. I have been here I have been cut off by an EMPLOYEE. Never once an excuse me, I'm sorry...nothing. They just walk directly in front of me, and always act as if I'm in their way. I've even had to move out of their way, so they can stock shelves. My husband and I stopped asking how they are doing at check out, because 9 out of 10 times they complain to us about their day/job. My 3 year old (who is shy) said hello to a young employee once, and she just looked up at my daughter then kept going on, as if my daughter annoyed her. I now avoid going here as much as possible and take my business to Brookshires, where we are treated with respect, and feel welcomed in the store. read more

There are a lot of items we find at Walmart that we do not find in other stores. We would like to say how much we appreciate this. The items are Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon, organic coconut palm sugar and heavy whipping cream in the quart size. Thank you. read more

The absolute worse Wal Mart I have ever been too. I live in Allen, but I have family in Bonham and occasionally shop at this location when I visit. This store does not abide by the price matching policies and makes up the rules as they see fit. I even carry a copy of the price matching policies with me and they still will not match the ads. The employees, including the managers, are rude and act as if you are personally offending them because you want to match an ad. This has happened to me 3 times, so it was not a one time fluke. My mother and my in-laws have also had this happen to them repeatedly. They no longer shop at Wal-Mart. I have never had problems at any of the 3 Wal Mart stores in Allen. I abide by the price matching policies and expect Wal Mart to honor their policies as well. read more
