Even at the time of the event there was never a question that they would not be paying for the $3 toy. The walmart leadership instructed them that they could not pay for it (even though they were never even close to leaving the store) and that they must leave. Then my mother called manager "Faron" and while being completely rude and disrespectful, decided to stick to his standing and proceeded to hang up on her after stating this. There was a police officer standing by at the time of the event, who verbally stated that he sides with my family and that no wrongdoing took place on my families behalf. We absolutely will be getting a lawyer and bringing upon a lawsuit to this company and location. Shame on you! So around 12:55 a.m. I decided to place my order in the amount of 372. And as my order was processing the amount that I was paying had doubled almost by $300 more. So now my order goes from being $372 to $611 which means that it went through on my credit card twice. and everyone knows if a credit card company thinks that it's fraudulent on your card it won't let nothing continue. which I don't blame them because it was processing one time for 372 and then in 30 seconds to a minute later it was processing for $611. In the midst of all of this, I was taking screenshots from off my phone each time that the price on my order amount changed a total of three different times it went from $372 to $611 then $595. So I have screenshots of three different amounts of the order total changing. And being I couldn't call Kohl's customer service so I waited until this morning at 8:30 to call customer service to speak to someone about my issues that I was having with placing my order. The first agent that I was on the phone with did not understand anything that I was asking him and I was on the phone with him for 50 min I asked to speak to a supervisor he put me on hold and came back and said that it wasn't one available to talk to me then he said can he explain to me again and I said sure he kept on trying to explain that a pair of $20 pants for my daughter was the Change in the amount and like I told him that was not possible so I asked to speak to a supervisor again this time I got supervisor Joanne #2065. We scheduled our appointment for 11:30 and arrived early at 11:15 with our whole crew ready to go, only to walk into complete chaos. They were unable to print pictures, had staff on speakerphone asking for help, and were checking families in in a way that came across as rude and unprofessional. The first appointment of the day took nearly an hour just to receive their prints and leave, which immediately backed everything up. What was most frustrating was seeing walk-ins taken before scheduled appointments while staff appeared to still be setting up on Easter weekend. Again, we understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of preparation, professionalism, and communication made this a really disappointing experience for our family. What started as a tradition is now something we're seriously reconsidering for next year.
