Everything has to be removed and on the scale. No scan one twice and call it good. Grocery store is about 9 football fields wide and no clear order. Nothing there that I came for in grocery area. Issues with debit card readers made me unload my cart and put them all back on the scale...the third time in and out of the cart, I talked to the associate and actually got them to clear me to exit the store.
