Terrible service, low quality employees…read more Every time we need a prescription filled, we call it in, and Walgreens says we can pick it up the next day. And without fail, when we go to pick it up the next day, they don't have it ready, say there was an "insurance mix-up", and say it'll be ready in a couple hours. One prescription, this happened three times before we just bought an OTC option at CVS. Recently when the tech informed me of another "insurance mix--up", I mentioned that this happens every time. Her response was, "I've never seen you here before". Unreal. The only reason we come back is because we keep forgetting to change our prescription preferences to CVS.

Now the drive-through is closed, and they're open 8 AM to 8 PM. I go in and stand in line for half an hour and get absolutely nowhere. Why do they even bother advertising when they can't serve the customers they have? Who is doing the hiring? Who is making the decisions for these crazy hours that are now limiting my ability to get in and get my prescriptions? What kind of business are they trying to run here? this was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Im visiting from out of town and had a…read morepaper prescription for medication for my baby so I took it there. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited for over 45 minutes, so I went to check to see what the issue was because we had been there for about an hour, which was frustrating because I would have left to feed my 54 day old had I known the time. They apologized and said they just got the "go ahead" to fill it. I asked if they would prioritize filling it since the wait was three times longer then expected. The pharmacy tech told me "she was working on it now, minus the time it took for her to have this conversation" then she stormed off. It was the rudest encounter I have had possibly ever with someone in customer service. where I work, if we ever treated customers this way we would be fired on the spot. Further more, no pharmacist came to talk to me about this new medication- which actually has pretty serious side effects like bottoming out a baby's blood sugar and respiratory failure. As a nurse, thankfully I'm in health care and know this, but the tech just said "hey you don't have to talk to the pharmacist if you don't want to." You absolutely have to talk to a pharmacist any time you are starting something new- that is standard care. what if I wasn't in health care and just said no and took it and left without any counseling on the blood sugar dip and how important frequent feedings are? they could literally be killing people. Rude and unsafe. unfortunately for the poor people of Chippewa there isn't many options for them. costco Has a nice pharmacy not too far from Chippewa, go there folks.

Very unhappy with this Pharmacy. Two separate occasions now I've called in to check on a…read moreprescription and was told it has not been approved. The doctor prescribed it a month ago so I can start the new prescription once my old one is done. And this whole time the pharmacy had been waiting for me to call in to inquire about the prescription to start making calls to check for approvals. Very disappointing. The first time it took three weeks until they finally got back to me with an approval and now it'll probably be another three weeks. The nurse told me it'd be ready once my old prescription runs out. Very disappointed with the lack of communication this pharmacy has shown the past year or so that I've been using its services.

Not just meh but rude.
