I took a chance and regret it. 8 days after payment and items have not shipped. Two emails asking for tracking or reason for delay over their stated policy provide nothing (crickets). I now have no doubt with silver moving up they will cancel order after sitting on cash for more than a week. Interestingly the BBB reviews have changed and the FTC has offered they are looking into company and complaints. Hoping for best and glad EBay and Credit Card merchant both willing to protect purchase. UPDATE - response here but no response on EBay on order paid 10 days prior. Even under formal EBay case. My physician called in an rx and put a rush order on it and when I showed up to pick it up, the people working there were like zombies. No greeting, no compassion. The woman behind the counter announced my RX out loud so that the few customers and the delivery driver now know what I am taking. I'm pretty sure that is a violation. I sent my husband in the next day to pick it up when it was finally ready, he had a similar experience. No one was friendly or even looked up when he entered the store and they handed him the bag without asking if he had any questions. I will never return to this place and will drive out of town to avoid ever having to deal with them again.
