When time came for payment I didn't have funds in my account but a day later I had the funds and I tried to reorder and I accidentally set up another auto ship for the same product. When I realized what I did the same day I tried to cancel one of the Auto ship and I followed all the prompts online. I cancelled one Auto ship and I sent 2 online contact forms about my mistake. I hadn't heard anything so the next morning I called TSC and spoke to a representative. I was told they couldn't do anything because pet meds cannot be returned,I understand this, but I cancelled. They couldn't help me. They have already taken payments out for both Auto ships one for $81.57 and the other for $69.53. I'm disabled and on a limited income because of this now some of my bills won't get paid this month. I realize this is because of my mistake but it should never have gotten this far. It should have been much easier to handle this online. I just want my refund of $81.57 for the Auto ship I cancelled.

I've been to better…read more Maybe my expectations are high due to remembering what Big Lots (as a store/chain) was like 20 years--full of wacky buy outs, like Kool-Aid written in Russian, or chocolate written in (modern day) Hebrew. I _do_ appreciate they're trying to be more than just a buy out store now, though. In fact, my spare bed came from here, and it's pretty darn comfy! The staff are usually pretty friendly. In the end, though, it's just Big Lots. Whaddya 'spect?
