When time came for payment I didn't have funds in my account but a day later I had the funds and I tried to reorder and I accidentally set up another auto ship for the same product. When I realized what I did the same day I tried to cancel one of the Auto ship and I followed all the prompts online. I cancelled one Auto ship and I sent 2 online contact forms about my mistake. I hadn't heard anything so the next morning I called TSC and spoke to a representative. I was told they couldn't do anything because pet meds cannot be returned,I understand this, but I cancelled. They couldn't help me. They have already taken payments out for both Auto ships one for $81.57 and the other for $69.53. I'm disabled and on a limited income because of this now some of my bills won't get paid this month. I realize this is because of my mistake but it should never have gotten this far. It should have been much easier to handle this online. I just want my refund of $81.57 for the Auto ship I cancelled.

About 2 minutes later, 2 Caucasian ladies walked in and everyone broke there neck to assist them. I work for CMS as a nurse and went there because we get a nice discount. I can't account for the negative reviews - ours was a terrific experience and we will definitely return as well as recommend this shop. The store itself is small, but absolutely stuffed with a large variety of stock from several different lines. We didn't ask about returns, but there are two dressing rooms, one very large. Scrubs are easy to try on! As an FYI, Elite also carries a nice variety of chef's jackets as well as scrubs.
