The sense of entitlement emanating from the staff and a person I assumed was the owner was overwhelming. I received very rude treatment from all employees I dealt with. In the end I just felt sorry for them - having this kind of attitude must stem from living in the worst place for road or mountain biking in the whole province. You guys should treat customers better. And maybe increase the fiber in your diet. Bottom line - look elsewhere unless you're looking for attitude.

David and his staff have a lot of know-how, and are friendly and engaging. Is that because I'm an extroverted female? Who knows.... but this shoppe supports many main events/fund-raisers, and organizes a large percentage of the community and group rides in Prince George. And if you're reading that last person's negative post.... don't. Otway Park here in PG has world-class trails (I kid you not) which are maintained and constantly upgraded. Pidherny is expanding as well, with advanced, fast downs and single-track. This is some of the best riding I've ever had the privilege of doing, and I've ridden in many European countries, Canada, the US. Awesome spot.

This store in PG is in Smart Centres mall. The one with Walmart, Home Depot, Tim's and Canadian Tire (which makes sense since they own Mark's). They have a large selection of hiking gear, work supplies and something I never knew.... Scrubs. I've known a lot of health care folks that could have benefited by shopping here. Pay attention, Mr!!! They run a clean store with helpful people and great prices. If they don't have it in their massive selection, they're willing to take the time to order it for you. I was able to find some heavy-duty gloves, a couple sets of thick socks and (dare I say it) a couple thermals. A nice young lady suggested a clever idea. Buy a road workers fluorescent vest to wear on my morning walks. It's simple, yet brilliant. We need a place just like this where I live. Usually a refill of some kind to start off my shopping. Then that spirals into new products every time. I usually flag or am found by an associate who quickly identifies the best product for what I'm describing or their favourite product and I find a new product I love every time I take their recommendation! Not to mention the gifts you get for spending a certain amount or your birthday. I found my favourite lip oil this way and discovered I like lip oil in general this way. If you've ever felt intimidated by so many products to choose from and daunted by all the reviews it's nice to just ask an associate what's your favourite product or most popular and they'll rarely steer you wrong. You can also order ahead on the website and pick up in store. Sephora has a really nice website that's easy to use and that makes me order online a lot too.
