He asked the employees for help re-packing the items so they would arrive safely, and he was reassured that they would take care of everything. On Christmas morning, instead of opening our family's cherished belongings, we opened a box containing someone else's Christmas presents labeled for "Lacey and Justin." Our items were gone. Instead of celebrating, our family was shocked, devastated, and crying. We have no idea where our heirlooms are or who received them. The emotional loss far outweighs any monetary value. This was not a simple shipping error -- it was a serious failure to properly handle and safeguard a customer's belongings, especially when assistance was requested and trusted. I would strongly caution anyone considering leaving important or sentimental items in the care of this location. Customers trust shipping professionals to handle their belongings responsibly. Unfortunately, that trust was not upheld in this case. This location needs to take accountability for how customer property is handled, especially when vulnerable customers rely on staff assistance. Management and corporate leadership should take this incident seriously.

I had never met either him or Rachael before, even though we are from the same place, but they were both amazing people, easy to work with, professional, and a little silly to boot. We only have half of the pictures back so far, but they are top notch quality! Much edgier, dramatic and more artistic than your typical photography studio... Just the way I like it.

The guy simply says "no I won't do that for you. It's not my job." Mind you, this guy is standing and doing absolutely nothing when I walked into the store! They only received one star because I couldn't give a negative! I can't recall now what ultimately pushed me towards using EmbroidMe, but I'm so glad I did. Working with Denise, the manager, was an absolute pleasure. She was great with communication, and wasn't afraid to offer constructive, professional advice when I asked for it during the process of designing 15 custom hats for an alumni gathering I was attending. As this was an especially important occasion--our 25th anniversary--I had to have the hats be right the first time, and completed on-time as the gathering was out-of-state, and under two weeks away. Throughout the process, Denise was in immediate contact when any design questions came up. This was especially reassuring as they actually took a hand-drawn design I had scanned over to them (detailed picture and multiple-sized words for front and back of hat) and turned it into a stencil/template for the hats, giving it a very personalized look. I couldn't believe the quality and attention to detail in recreating my sketch. Additionally, the color-matching her team was able to produce with the embroidery? Man, it was amazing! Oh, and they were completed in plenty of time, and nailed the agreed-upon price. Denise and her team just knocked it out of the park, and my alumni buddies were blown away with the finished product.
