He suggested we drive to Loveland Pass, CO at sunrise, and even though it was fuh-reezing (it was February), it was SO much fun, and he made us feel super comfortable. He was really good at directing us (which we were both concerned about, because neither of us knew what to do in front of the camera), and it was just a fun, awesome experience, and gave us 100% confidence in Matthew for our wedding. For our wedding itself, which was in July, Matthew once again completely knocked it out of the park. He was simultaneously everywhere AND not at all distracting. The photos he took really told the story of that day, which is exactly what I wanted. He never missed a beat, and captured some of the sweetest and funniest moments throughout the wedding and reception. He snuck my husband and I out around 9 pm for some night shots, which turned out really unique. I expected to REALLY like maybe 10 or 20 photos total, but I honestly LOVE like 50-100. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! My husband and I have a 25+year old, small business and have used UPS Store…read moreboxes as our mailing address. This location was our latest of 3 UPS Stores. The first two stores were consummate professionals, with excellent communication and service. THIS store is run by the most unprofessional, disorganized bunch of idiots, and I think they must've changed hands recently, because the first 2 years with them (this is our 5th yr at this location) was not terrible. Once a contract for services is signed, nothing more should be required until/unless at the next renewal the terms, pricing, or corrections/updates are needed. These people will repeatedly ask for forms to be refilled, indicating either extreme disorganization or something sketchy. They will claim the USPS requires the forms to be filled every 6 months to a year, which is absolutely NOT true (I contacted the postmaster). Additionally, they don't seem to know how to use the telephone or email they've been provided to contact a business box holder, so they leave written notes in the box with short deadlines to meet their idiotic requirements. During tax season, they decided to deny services in the form of returning mail sent to us at our prepaid, contracted box. This has caused us a major headache and is seemingly a breach of contract for failing to provide contracted services. The owner should find something more suitable to do, because "service" is a foreign concept to them. Advice to other business owners- find a different store or get a P.O. Box. I would never ever trust them with a package either.
