Everything was going good until we started looking at out photos on the big screen. I told our photographer that we were only looking to do the coupon package today. Her attitude complete changed and she got short with us. We picked the photo we wanted for the package and was told the price. I walked up to the register to pay and was told it would be an hour for our photos to be ready. We left to go to lunch and started talking to my husband about the price. It was more than we were thinking. So when we got back I asked about the price. I was told there is a $9.99 surcharge if you only order the package. Nowhere was that printed. I took the photos out to the car to look at with my husband and noticed the CD was not in the envelope that came with the package and there was something red and sticky all over the envelope. So I went back in to get the two items taken care of. When I asked about the CD I was told the computer auto prints everything that goes with the package. So I asked her to print it for us and she rudely said that she cant because the photos have been deleted. I told her it was Bull Shit and went back to the car. While talking to my husband he took the photos back in to her to get our CD that came with the package. When my husband came back out she was going to print the CD and it would be ready in about an hour! Wait I was told it was deleted and gone forever!!! So we decided the photos were not that great and just wanted our money back. I will never step foot in this place again. We were there a few years ago and had family portraits taken and everything went great but we also spend a couple hundred dollars. I guess that was the difference. Well and the staff.

Because they were places he was familiar with he knew areas to get good shots that had either good lighting or a good background. He showed us briefly some of the raw pictures on his camera. There were so many good pictures to choose from that it was hard to decide which ones we wanted edited.
