Caleb your so awesome and very professional and caring diffidently my favorite store! Quick and fast Service

On October 1, 2023 I had the worst experience at any GameStop for as long as I've been shopping at GameStop that I've ever had at the Crawfordsville location in Indianapolis Indiana. Thanks to Cara, my daughter and I was in that location a day prior around 7 PM. I was there to buy a game she seen some items from the clearance section that she wanted we live between 10 to 12 minutes away from that location by time we got home she took it out of the box the item did not work. I tried to contact the location I couldn't get through to the phone so I went to the store around 1 PM next day to exchange it for one that works. The store associate was extremely rude to me would not even look at my receipt cut me off in the middle of talking was non-sympathetic and told me all sales are final I explain to her that I was in there not even 24 hours ago, the associate that cash me out the day prior was standing right there. He never said anything there's a posting of the return policy I read through it thoroughly not once it said anything about clearance items couldn't be returned or exchanged. I was only looking to exchange the item out for the other one that possibly worked, she would not look at my receipt. I ask for customer services number she told me to look at the bottom of the receipt. Then she begin talking more while I was walking out of the store saying things like policy is policy and I said OK cool say no more she still continue to talk while I was leaving the store never disrespected her just ask for corporate number I end up speaking with a member by the name of Hector Once I explain to him, what was going on He wanted to see if he could resolve things she got mad at Hector. She was mad at me. She had told me that she was a store manager when I asked to speak with a manager but once I contact customer service, she said she needs to go contact the store manager, so she lied then after she spent two minutes in the back, she claimed that she contact the store manager and the district manager, and both of them said she's completely right and we are wrong so we're not getting anything exchanged. I had to deal with my daughter being upset, crying and constantly bugging me this morning about exchanging this item she's only six I spent over $80 in that store last night just to come back and completely feel disrespected. After she told me there was nothing else they're gonna do for me. She sit there and stare at a hole while I was trying to wrap things up on the phone with customer service, I was actually going to re-purchase the same toy just to make my daughter happy but her demeanor was so disgusting and the way she stood there and stared at me without even blinking not giving me a chance to wrap things up on the phone. I had to ask her. Why are you standing there staring at me even the customer service rep felt like she was being very disrespectful before I can get a chance to even re-purchase the item she's kicking me out of the store, the worst service I have ever had I feel discriminated on. I am an African-American man and she is a Caucasian woman. The way I was treated I can't help but to fill like if I was the same race, I would have gotten much better service my feelings, and my business is just as important as the next consumer I will never revisit that store again I will never recommend anyone that I know through social media to occupation to relationships to visit that location and I'm debating on renewing my power up rewards. Gamestop - Electronics Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

This location has the friendliest and most helpful staff I've seen at a GameStop. I don't buy games often, but when I do this is my go-to location. It's not a large GameStop, but the selection is current with a good amount of used systems and games. It's also located conveniently near TJ Maxx so that my wife can just drop me off and I get to skip clothes shopping and the subsequent hating of my life. tl;dr The selection and atmosphere is average but the staff at this location is 5-star worthy read more

Signed up for PS five on the pre-order list only not to get it because limited quantities were mandated supposedly because of Walmart launching their's early. Also the store advertise that they had preowned madden 21 when they did not I came to the store and they had the preowned case on the shelf and I go up to the counter and he tries to sell me a new one without telling me that they were out of the preowned until I asked about the price that was rung up! read more

Clean, helpful staff, good selection. I placed an online hold request and was notified within an hour that my game was available for pickup, and would be held for 24 hours. Very smooth! read more

I can always find a great selection of new and used games here. The staff remembers my wife and me every time we shop there. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. Great management at this location. Store is always clean. read more

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Made my experience very pleasant and relaxing. Made sure I knew about all of the deals and in game features for Overwatch Origins Edition and made sure to offer additional products such as their protection plan without seeming pushy. I will be going here from now on. FYI coming west down Crawfordsville it is tucked behind the Kohl's building. read more
