Apparently your return policy has changed and without a receipt, store credit cannot be obtained…read morebecause no items can be found within inventory, despite appropriate tagging and non discounted pricing. Now having been a VERY regular and long time Marshall's shopper I can assure you the on site manager I dealt with was demeaning and discourteous for reasons passing understanding. To be perfectly frank, I believe the purchase was outside the 30 day refund policy. For that reason alone, I was willing to take a lesser amount as a store credit. That said, the shift manager, I encountered, wouldn't engage at any level. She stated that returns at this high of an amount ($49.99), wouldn't normally be considered full stop. Having worked retail for over 30 years and engaged with this store for the last 5-8 yrs I can assure you, she had no reason to react in the manner I experienced. After reading your online reviews, it's obvious this policy and perhaps even your inventory system has changed. If so, I would encourage work arounds that address the lack of transparency and most assuredly revisiting the training opportunity of customer relations within this location. I will attempt to return elsewhere as I believe the return to be dated well beyond the 30 day window. Perhaps another location would prefer the repeat business. Please note, while you may feel justified regurgitating policy with little or no effort toward civility, and acting as if your customer has wronged you, will only serve to decrease your market share and eventually challenge your performance.

After multiple shopping trips here, it's safe to say that this location could use a shift in management. Signed, The Happy Hour Huntress.

Normally I would never give a game store 5 stars. But this place far exceeded my expectations…read morecustomer service wise. First off. I don't really play video games, I get bored with them. This review is on the customer service I received here. I decided after I got back from a trip. I wanted to by a PS4 someone I had been talking to told me I had to get this game. So I had to buy the system lol. I called up the number around noon. This girl put me on hold. Then apologized for the inconvenience. I asked her is she had any PS4 systems In stock she said yes she would pull one in the back and reserve it if I would like. She took my name and then asked if I need anything else. So I named a few new games and she said she will see me later. When I arrived. The place was pretty busy but "the sales guy opened the door for me which I thought was super nice of him" I told him I was picking up some reserved items. He had me go talk to the girl who immediately said "your josh right?" She said she had all my stuff here. She asked me if I wanted anything else to my order. I told her "no, I travel too much to play vid games I have a big boy job" I was not intending to sound like a jerk. But she said " ouch that one hurt josh " I felt super bad I would never intentionally put someone down like that. I did not think twice about what I said. After she rang me up she was soo nice. She carried my bags to my car. So I have her a tip. I'm not making this up ether. I never thought in a million years someone would carry my games out for me. I would expect it in a LV or a gucci store but not a local game store. The only downside I have. There was this couple in the store arguing over a game. A grown adult and his wife arguing over weather or not to get a game. Like I'm sorry buddy no one wants to hear that. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. PROS: - staff far exceeded my expectations - reserved everything just went in and paid - carried my bags to car CONS: - customers in store were arguing over a game

For a change, we did not have to deal with a long line because it was Monday afternoon. The system for cashing out has always been one that does not meet the expectation. I've written about tractor supply before. This time it's about their very excellent dog owner…read moreservices, their dog wash. We've been using foam and wash pet wash stations throughout Dutchess County for several years. That service is really excellent however tractor supply has them beat. It's a flat fee of 999+ tax and they supply all of the product products and even towel towels, and an apron. Very impressive. Most of all, I appreciated the type of dog bath. It is - it has a door that closes so your pet feels more protected and less likely to jump off. And you can use as much time as you need for the same flat 10 bucks. We bring a lot of our own supplies, but we did use their shampoo this time since we were running low. My dog is a black lab hound mix - a large guy about 75 pounds so having a way to contain him with a door that closes was really helpful And the water nozzle has multiple settings, including missed all the way up to Jett so clean up after you're done is really easy Our dog doesn't particularly like to be bathed, but he tolerated it well in part because it felt secure. Another note - they provide clean and dry towels. That's amazing. We bring our own, but the ones that were provided really helped and getting the big water off and wiping down the tub afterwards. So nice job tractor supply! The only thing I would change is that there are two pet wash stations, but they are in the same enclosure so theoretically, only one dog could bathe at a time unless you have two from the same family.
