I was told the package would be ready before 11/30/13. By 12/15/13 I still had no phone call or message on receiving the pictures. I started calling and emailing. I finally got a response that FedEx had the package and it should arrive any day. After many calls and emails and texts I finally received a package on March 24, 2013. 4.5 months later I get only 2 of the 6 prints. I have left continual messages/emails again and no response. Is this the way to run a business. Her photos are so good. This is so sad that she cannot fulfill orders that have been paid in full

She did not photograph us saying our vows, the "I Do", the first kiss, the recessional (us and wedding party), the photo of us being announced at the reception is so grainy it looks like it's made of sand...I could go on and on. I am so heartbroken by the lack of professional courtesy, the fact that she will not follow up with me, and that my wedding day photos are horrendous.

We honestly had a lot of fun with them at an engagement shoot and our pre-wedding ceremony photoshoot in the mountains, hiking around in our wedding clothes!
