It is unacceptable that a medication needed every month is not reliably stocked. We are not new customers--this is a constant prescription, yet we frequently hear that it is unavailable and have to wait multiple days for it to come in. This delay has serious consequences, and it should not be this difficult to get a necessary medication on time. CVS needs to do better at managing inventory for essential prescriptions, especially for medications that cannot be filled early. Parents should not have to scramble every month to ensure their child gets the treatment they need.

He got 10 days worth of antibiotics in 3 days and has been in agony with stomach pain. I was under the assumption. Walmart was the cheapest place. The place was organized and appeared very clean however when using a gift card that's where the complication came in to play. If it doesn't swipe, they cannot punch the numbers in and you have to go to customer service or regular register, which is a little bit lengthy for time and a pretty extensive process.
