And two employees, Ricky and Kaitlyn went absolutely above and beyond to help me with my situation. They most likely saw that I was a bit stressed out at the self checkout line and Ricky even offered to buy my daughter a candy of her choice. Kaitlyn was very polite and reassuring, she let me know not to worry and she tried to make my daughter feel better. What could've been a mortifying experience (still was a little bit) Ricky and Kaitlyn made it so much better. Please give them a raise and/or give them the praise they deserve. Thank you!!

Because insurance only allows it to be filled a few days early, any delay in restocking means my child is left without essential medication. It is unacceptable that a medication needed every month is not reliably stocked. We are not new customers--this is a constant prescription, yet we frequently hear that it is unavailable and have to wait multiple days for it to come in. This delay has serious consequences, and it should not be this difficult to get a necessary medication on time. CVS needs to do better at managing inventory for essential prescriptions, especially for medications that cannot be filled early. Parents should not have to scramble every month to ensure their child gets the treatment they need.

Unfortunately, Tricare changed contractors to Walgreens and we are now getting used to their goods and services.
