That's right: no pharmacy for 2 plus weeks! Everyone that was using Walgreens was screwed. So it's not like Uvalde is a dumpster fire. It's not, it's a lovely small town that should be treated better by this national company. The current management is sketchy at best and the pharmacy is a foreigner with a bad disposition and bad English. Good luck trying to get quality service here. Check your scripts and make sure they are correct. Better yet, go somewhere else.

The gentlemen (I believe his name is Niko) at God's Country helped continually until all our prescriptions were moved. Very pleased with the assistance especially having left Houston for awhile during this time. Thank you for the constant calls & keeping me updated. It's good to know someone is very willing to help. Would highly recommend them. So yeah, I'm pretty thankful for having them so close.

Miss Nora, needs to give the same energy back that she was given a few moments ago. I was helpful and pleasant and grateful. She made zero eye contact and never showed any gratitude for business. I understand people can have bad days, but when someone is paying attention to you, try to at least show some semblance of life. Zero acknowledgement. We can go back to machines, they at least say "thank you" when they produce the receipt. I don't need the thanks, I sure as hell did not need the total lack of acknowledgment. She was as engaging as a machine. It's pretty sad. Give me the job, I've done this work before, I get it.

My wife went on Wednesday and waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru only to be told they had the order but it wasn't filled. They told her to come back on Friday and the person was rude. I am out of pills and it will take them a total of a week to fill the order. This will be my last time using this pharmacy. There have also been other bad experiences.
