My wife and I have been using this pharmacy for six years and we have never had any problems like the ones all these people are describing. We have had a couple of prescriptions they have ran short on but usually gave us what they had and got the balance in a day or two later. The employees have always been very helpful, friendly and nice every time we have had to have a prescription filled and the pharmacist makes sure you sure you understand what the medication is and how to use it. read more

Constantin (or however he spells his name) is rude, outwardly judgemental, and has no place being behind that counter "consulting" people on their medications. Had my prescription sent here, went in to pick it up and was told they don't have it in stock but it will be there Monday. Went in on Monday and they said again they don't have it in stock and they "might" have it in Tuesday. Cancelled my order and I am never going to this pharmacy again. read more

Was texted by Walmart to refill prescription & responded YES. I didn't get a response so I called the prescription in along with another one. Was told both would be ready the next day after 10am. Went to pick up & only had one ready. Left with the prescription & called the next day to see if the one they had texted me to fill was ready. Was told no I can't fill it now it's too early. I've received this medication several times before & many times they fill it early and put it in with others I've ordered on previous occasions. So I inquired more since I'm supposed to take the shot the following day from now. Lady tells me again insurance won't allow. I asked for a manager finally to be told the medication isn't in stock or available until the following day. So I asked what with all the runaround about insurance Manager tells me since I'm not happy I'll have to fill this prescription & all my future prescriptions somewhere else. I gladly will because Walmart pharmacy in Airway Heights WA is incompetent at best. Employees have no clue what they are doing. I've had many problems before this with this place. I'm forced to use Walmart because of my insurance, Time and time again I go to get my prescription and it has not even ordered when it was supposed to be filled. Everyone of my meds are this way. And if I lapse on some like my nerve meds I get unbearable nerve pain and withdrawals I'm at a loss, I've tried speaking with higher ups and get nowhere read more

Audrey is super rude! She is very overwhelming and makes you feel stupid. I switched from taking 1 1/2 of meds to 1 which my Dr said I should do if needed, and she flat out said..well you are not taking your meds as prescribed..I said yes I take the amount when I feel needed. I called the Walmart pharmacy about a new Rx my doctor had sent over, and a very uncaring female voice flatly told me the medication was on backorder throughout the company and they had no known date when it would come available again. When I inquired about how much I would have to pay out of pocket after my insurance was ran, she told me she couldn't tell me since they didn't actually have the medication in stock. She told me she could only tell me the cash price. I told her that didn't help me and said surely there must be a way for you to enter it into the system without having the medication physically present. After I pressed, eventually she magically found a way to do so, and was astonishingly cold when she said it would cost me almost $700 AFTER insurance. So I called the doctor back and asked them to send the Rx order to another pharmacy that had the drug in stock (Express Scripts mail order pharmacy) instead. The doctor told me that I would need to call Walmart and have them transfer it to the other pharmacy. I called Walmart and the woman who answered said in a very attitudinal tone "ummmm NO, the other pharmacy has to call US in order to initiate the transfer." So I called Express Scripts and they said "no, Walmart has to call US to initiate the transfer." I told them what Walmart had told me, but they gave me a pharmacy line number to provide Walmart to call. So I called Walmart pharmacy back and this time Chris answered, and I explained the situation to him. He said "No. That's wrong. They have to call US." and I said "but they're telling me the same thing.. you're saying they have to call you, they're saying you have to call them. So I'm stuck. What do I do?" And he said "They have to call us." And I said "Do you understand what I'm saying? What can I do in this situation?" And he said again, "They have to call us." I asked if I could come by and pick up the paper copy of the Rx since they refused to send it anywhere and just do it myself and he said "Nope." So I said "So what am I supposed to do? My prescription is just stuck in limbo because your pharmacy can't fill it but refuses to transfer it elsewhere or even release it to me?" And he repeated, "They have to call us." At this point I was exacerbated and on the verge of tears. I said "Can you help me? I don't know what to do." And he said, for probably the 15th time, "They have to call us." I said "Is there anyone else there who can help me?" but before I even finished the word "who," he audibly scoffed & put me on hold. Thankfully, Julie answered and was very kind to me. Instead of repeating "They have to call us" over and over again, she calmly & thoroughly explained to me the process and why it's policy for the transfer to be initiated by the receiving end and advised me to explain the situation to my doctor and then they should re-send the Rx to the new pharmacy. That advisement was all I was asking when I asked Chris for help and asked "what do I do?" Chris couldn't care less. He was as cold and uncaring as a person can get. Chris made me feel like I was nothing. Julie made me feel like a person. I began to cry as I told Julie how Chris treated me, & I could tell she felt bad about it. I told her I really appreciated her, which I did. Truly, the way Chris treated me and made me feel ruined my entire evening. I felt really down & really low for the rest of the night. It was really a sad and hurtful experience & I wish he treated people like he would want his own loved ones to be treated- with respect, helpfulness and kindness. read more

Seeing the bad reviews of this pharmacy really made me doubt using it. Pharmacies are important and so is the job they due. The last thing I wanted was to give my important medication to a pharmacy that loses it or has poor customer service, experiences I've had many times with Walgreens and CVS. I didn't really have a choice though due to where I live. I'm quite surprised how smoothly this pharmacy runs and how kind everybody is. Every time I call they are always happy to help and go out of their way for me and and even give me good advice. I feel relieved because having a bad pharmacy can take a toll on your health if they keep messing up medication. I think this one has bad reviews because only people with really bad experiences take time out of there day to right a review. Well being sick in bed right now, I got time and just getting off the phone with them after they helped me out, I thought I'd lighten up the reviews saying I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and that's after living in 8 different states and at 8 different military bases. They are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. After calling and talking to the pharmacy two different times I was fed up and requested to have it transferred to the closed Air Force base. Walmart wouldn't release the script. So I called and spoke to them for the third time, they told me I had to fill the script with them one more time and then they would transfer it. Also said the pharmacist had deactivated the prescription. I told them I would be there early afternoon to pick it up. Get there 5 hours later and was told I never called in the refill and it would take an hour to fill. After speaking to them 3 separate times about it, I didn't activate it. Are you kidding me?!? Makes me so angry. I will never, ever use this terrible pharmacy again. RUDE. Thank you for making me feel like an absolute jerk for having to take a daily medication. Thank you. . read more

Walmart pharmacy is nearby and is cheap. I used to go there. I really like 4 dollar program.
