For the last two years a CVS employee makes my experience at the store and even worse at the pharmacy while getting my prescriptions a nightmare. There is an male employee, tall, long, dark hair in a ponytail that gives me dirty looks every time I go in either at the register or at the pharmacy. The last time the employee refused to help me, went into the back through the pharmacy and allowed a customer to play his phone on speaker and record my HIPAA protected health information. I am beyond disappointed and have filed a complaint with HIPAA.

Never made a fuss but you clearly notice when you are supposed to take pills daily and in the end it never matches. Problem today with one of my family member's prescription, he only needed ten for a very basic, inexpensive antibiotic. Well, turns out we're two doses short and when asked, they say they have a picture to prove it. So, count your pills before you leave. Doesn't matter if it's 10 or 90. Count them.

What I have observed is a very messy store, empty/disorganized shelves, stacks of boxes in the aisles for days at a time, the CVS pharmacy never picks up the phone (I have been in the line at the pharmacy and could hear their phone system telling them they had calls & the staff completely ignored it). The kicker was when I was able to switch my aunt's prescriptions to another pharmacy, CVS refused to forward the prescriptions, even after a call from the pharmacist at the new pharmacy.

They only had one available, so I called the store to cancel my order and was assured it would be taken care of. However, the order was never canceled. Instead, they kept extending the pick up time and ultimately charged me as if I had collected the order, despite being on vacation in Mexico. When I contacted the store again to explain the situation, I was informed that there was nothing they could do because someone from the morning shift incorrectly marked the order as "picked up." I was told I needed to call CVS customer service. This mishandling is unacceptable!
