I did not catch the name, but her pre-check assistant was also great. Lake Havasu Family Eyecare is probably one of the better offices for customer service. Even walking down the halls, other staff smiles and greets you. Very nice to see this in Havasu as it's not always the case w/medical offices. I will continue to go there and hope that Dr Crystal stays for a while there
