Fantastic pharmacy with great service. Went to get a couple of prescriptions filled and they couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Not sure about every prescription price there, but the two that I had filled weren't much more than they charge in Algodones Mexico and were significantly cheaper than a big chain pharmacy that I used to mail order with. read more

I was pleased with the service. I got 1 prescription on the spot. The second one I was told would be the next morning. The next morning it was ready about 9:30. Talked to the pharmacist who explained in detail about the prescription. Everyone was friendly and helpful. read more

Read some reviews and noted the past dates. I went Happy Valley and got friendly exceptional customer service. This was after being dragged thru the mud at CVS in Parker, AZ. Anyway, they get my 100% + stamp of approval. Then of course you have to remember this is Quartzite a long ways off the beaten path. Again, the girls behind the counter were great! read more

Don't go here unless you have to! The staff is apparently overwhelmed by the number of customers, and they are rude and dismissive. They claimed not to have received my dr's authorization to renew my meds. Others were in there complaining that their prescriptions hadn't been filled after four days. There were many people waiting and nobody seemed in a good mood; I know that's hard, but I think that is a reflection of how poorly run this place is. Oh, and when I finally got my meds they cost FIVE times what I normally pay! Save yourself the heartburn and go to Parker or Blythe. read more

Renamed: Happy Valley Pharmacy is located at 60 W Main Street in Quartzsite, AZ After receiving email reminders from my physician and pharmacy to take my flu shoot in November. I called my CVS Mailorder Pharmacy to determine if there was a pharmacy near Quartzsite that is a preferred provider under my health insurance plan. I was told there was a pharmacy (Happy Valley) and I could get my shot there. Although, I had the address I could not found this pharmacy because its location is overshadowed by larger businesses on both sides. A phone call to the pharmacy revealed the pharmacy was located between the Post Office and 76 Service Station. Upon entering this pharmacy, I found it to be stocked with a variety of medical and non-medical products. Its counter workers to be semi-friendly and the pharmacist to be slow in preparing and administering my flu shot. Also, I refused to speak until he spoke to me. Finally, "Hi where do you want it?" I reciprocated. In addition, my doctor's office contacted this pharmacy twice after my flu shot to issue a refill request for one medication I was running out of. Both requests were disregarded by this pharmacy. Instead, my mailorder pharmacy filled and FedEx this prescription to me. My suggestion to Quartzsite visitors and snowbirds is to have your prescriptions refilled in Parker or Yuma, Az which would save you time and frustration. read more

I am an RN and tried called in a Rx for a patient for 1 week. Everytime I called, it went to an answering machine, that says don't leave a message. This is horrible customer service. I ended up mailing the Rx to the patient, as I could not reach anyone. read more

Worst pharmacy! Just because rv season is over there only open limited hrs, days. Who the ____wants a part time pharmacy? ??? Then I go on day when its supposed to be open. And its not. Like who cares if people need there Meds!! This business sucks read more

I do not even know where to start. I usually go to Walmart or Costco. Due to circumstances I went to this pharmacy in town. Warning: Do not ever go to this pharmacy unless you are desperate. Customer service is Dead here. I listened to them speak condescendingly on the phone with people, hanging up and saying they could not care less if they went to Walmart instead. They treated me like a necessary evil rather than the reason they are there. I brought in my RX to have them fill it. I expected a short wait. I was the only one in the store. They said it would be 2 hours. I said, well, since you close in an hour and a half, that is a bad thing. She looked at the clock like she was caught and said, well, you better be here before then if you want it today. I went in an hour and a 1/4 later and they said there was a problem because this was in the aspirin category and I had said I had an allergy. I told them, no, I said I was sensitive and I have never reacted to these drugs. Finally then they had me sit while they filled it. Well, except they didn't. They "ran out" of one of them and could only give me half for today and to come back tomorrow, I said ok since I had brought them another RX that was just a topical cream but she threw the RX on the desk and said they wouldn't even look at it till the morning either. The next morning I CALLED FIRST! They said, well, it just got here and so we need to check it in. Come by at eleven, no make that noon to pick it up. I confirmed that they closed at 12:30 for lunch, which was funny because when I got there at eleven thirty, they were stuffing their faces with food. What do you mean it is not ready? She said, the meds just got here and... I interrupted her and told her that she had told me that on the phone an hour and a half prior. She stammered and then just said they were not done checking it all in and to come back in the afternoon. They got my RX for the topical at that time, it was not waiting for me and she had to look it up and go get it. So, 2 o'clock, my fourth trip and one phone call later, I show up. She is vacuuming. Says just a minute. Comes to the desk and asks to help me, like I have not ever been there before. I tell her again. She looks around and finds the RX and asks me for my bottle. Which I had with me. She takes it and I have to go sit and wait. Why? because they had not prepared my RX for me yet. I would have to be dead to go there again. I will pay the gas to go to Parker 30 minutes away. And of course there is no one to complain to. So, I am left with only Yelp. I sure hope I save someone some headache! read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had 2 out of state RXs. One script ended up needing Dr approval per insurance. They sent the paperwork getting everything needed to fill the script for me. I did need to make a second trip because the medication needed to be ordered. It was ordered one day and there the next day. read more
