The pharmacist went out of her way to help me. I was using a new insurance plan and she was able to take the time to help me figure out my refill for my inhaler. I was able to finally relax and breathe my way thru the changes. She was awesome! read more

I had a terrible experience at CVS Pharmacy. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disorganized. I waited far too long for my prescription, it took the pharmacy three days to get my prescription in. They said it would take one day. Then they use the excuse that it came in, but it was expired. I had to make a 60 mile round trip three days in a row to get my prescription . The store felt understaffed and messy, and overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service. Furthermore, the bathrooms were unsanitary with feces on the toilet. I transferred my prescriptions across the street to the Walmart pharmacy. They were very professional. And had my prescription available. read more

This is the worst Pharmacy ever back on April 12th I requested a refill of my medication through the app on April 20th it's still not ready so I contacted the pharmacy spoke with the pharmacist who informed me that it was going to not be covered by my insurance and that they did not even have the prescription in stock. And I asked if I ordered it back on the 12th that should be in stock because I need the medication so it should have been ordered and was waiting well now they still do not have it in stock and this is 16 days later ever since Daniel the old pharmacist left nothing is gone right there they never ever have any of my medications on hand that's not good I mean I've gone without my medication now 16 days that's unacceptable I just strongly recommend nobody goes to this Pharmacy read more

Lisa at CVS PHARMACY is by far the most delightful, charming, uplifting, helpful, amazing employee I have ever encountered!!!! Her up, lifting spirit , singing while she works, smiling while she's talking, she is the most delightful person I've ever come in contact with working anywhere!!! This girl is a gem. The Pharmacy staff is the most in considerate I have ever dealt with. After making the elderly woman whom had been standing in line for over 2 hours cry and not filling her prescriptions dropped off 2 days earlier. He then yelled at her when she asked for her paperwork back so she could get then medication she needed. Then when I got to the gentleman he told me my prescription had not been processed yet after 24 hours. I was polite and asked for my paperwork back so I could get filled else ware. He then loudly insulted me as I walked away. I dropped my free bottle of water I was given while waiting 2 hours in line (thanks for the effort cvs) he announced I was vandalizing and to call the police. I realize it is the busiest time of year for this small town pharmacy but the rudeness of this person requires action by CVS corporate! The employees name was Tim. read more

I was there with a friend picking up her RX. The Pharmacist was friendly, informative & professional. She got Ambien, which I've taken in the past too. He told her to take it on an empty stomach (1-2 hrs after eat depending how heavy the meal) or it wouldn't work. When I took Ambien, sometimes it worked & sometimes it didn't. Couldn't figure out why, but I often eat just before bed. Got my RX filled many dif drug stores and no pharmacist ever warned me about that! She asked questions about her other RX's, to take advantage getting a pharmacist who actually cared. However she told me another Pharmacist who worked there had never told her that. So look for the middle-aged east Indian man. read more

This is the most inept pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Wintering here from Wisconsin and needed to special order insulin for my handicapped adult daughter. I have made 4 trips to town 26 miles one way and they still haven't figured it out. Doctor has called them twice. I have been waiting almost three weeks for them to fill this. And you cannot call them because they never answer the phone. Update to my review. After all of this found out they do not take out of state Medicaid. If a person would have known this in the first place I sure wouldn't have kept coming back to check on my insulin that was filled. Then they wanted me to pay $600 for it. This pharmacy is a Joke when I told the pharmacist I was on hold for 45 min her reply was I'm not surprised. Then I was told my Meds, would be filled later that day after coming back I was told my mess didn't make the truck I would have to try back tomorrow. Tomorrow came and same story. Changing to Walmart can't come fast enough. read more

I've tried again and again to allow this place to be a trusted pharmacy. I am officially done. After time and time again of getting bad information about my drugs, this one takes the cake!! Switched my prescription to CVS parker because I live an hour out of LHC where I get my other prescriptions. Was told by CVS last week I could pick up my Hydrocodone today....when I went in I was told "Sorry, unless all of your prescriptions are with CVS, we can't fill your hydrocodone". I am now out and have to send it somewhere else. They do not train their people effectively. It is my neighborhood drug store but I have shopped there for the very last time.... not so much as a toothbrush! read more

As a Prescriber, this Pharmacy is hard to work with, rude to our clients and our staff.

This pharmacy is SO UNDERSTAFFED! It's no wonder you're having trouble keeping pharmacists and other staff! Obviously the management of this store is not staffing for the number of prescriptions they are attempting to fill! We drove up from Quartzsite to get 5 urgently needed prescriptions filled. The woman behind the pharmacy counter was there beyond the end of her shift and had to clock out. Now the pharmacist, newly hired from Seattle, WA, was all by herself in the pharmacy - she now had to take new Rx's, process them, fill them, check them, and then sell them at the register! She was AWESOME for me, initially, I was told it would be a day or two to get them filled, but, she understood the 50-minute drive from Quartzsite, and how sick I was, and told me she could process 3 or 4 of them. When I got to the register, she had filled all 5 of them, saving me another drive to and from Parker. She was way ABOVE AND BEYOND for me, and the other 4 people waiting for prescriptions. By the way, there was only 1 other person working in the store, and he kept running from the front register to the pharmacy to help out and back to the front of the store to help other customers and be at the front door for security reasons. This is a dangerous and unacceptable situation! PLEASE, hire some additional staff, save the reputation of your store, and keep your customers happy, and keep your existing staff safe!! read more

Service was very slow but only because they are UNDERSTAFFED. The young lady behind the counter "JULIE" was exceptional she was actually running back and forth. Very helpful and never lost her cool with all the customers getting frustrated from waiting. It was 5 o'clock time for her to punch out which she did but continued to work another 30 minutes to help the three of us she helping trying to get the pharmacist fill our orders. I will let her manager know later today. read more
