On multiple occasions I have come for an appointment at my scheduled time and was not seen by the doctor for over an hour past the appointment time. You can't come to this doctors office on a regular lunch break unless you definitely want to be late. If they schedule you at a time definitely be prepared to wait over an hour no matter what the severity of your visit. I was here for a simple prescription change that takes literally about 2 minutes. I tried to call in and do it over the phone and asked for a call from the doctor. Not only did I not get a call back from the doctor but I was called by scheduling and told that I had to come in to the office for an appointment for a prescription change. I brought it up to the doctor himself and he said that he is busy dealing with patients complaining that they are in pain all day and to find someone else to complain to for the wait time. Honestly not the best customer service or accuracy of appointment times and I don't feel a sense of urgency when being courteous of patients time of day. read more
