They usually run late - last appointment was 90 minutes late and they didn't seem to know why I was there. I was supposed to be getting results from labs and a bone scan. They did manage to find my lab results but not the scan I had done 3 weeks prior. Now I am waiting for a prescription... 2 days after my appointment and it still hasn't been sent in. This is only the latest example. They need to up their customer service game.

The Doc helped me with a bladder infection, an ankle injury and some cysts on my scalp. With every problem he explained things clearly to me, laid out the necessary steps and procedures, performed them expertly, and I'm now happier and healthier than I was a year ago. A real fantastic doctor! I wouldn't hesitate to return but hope I don't have to!

And as a small town General Practitioner we have to accept it because our insurance companies make it that we have to get referred for basic maintenence procedures such as mammograms. . I felt so fortunate that Dr. Paglinawan's staff was able to fit me in that day. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Paglinawan. He diagnosed my problem effectively and was able to give me immediate treatment for diverticulitis. He was extremely professional, experienced, personable, and was open to concerns and questions. He called me back quickly with the results of my tests. I believe Dr. P is an excellent physician and deserving of 5 Stars!
