Very bubbly and friendly staff. That makes for a more relaxed experience especially if there are needles involved in your particular tests. Both of my walk-in visits were very quick, painless and stress-free. I won't hesitate to have future testing if/when needed. read more

Made an appointment for routine bloodwork. Arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and tried (once again) to use the QR code they send to check it. It never accepts the QR code so I checked in using my driver's license. Unfortunately their system is not smart enough to check the last name on my license against appointments so it checks you in as a walk-in at the end of a huge line of people already there. You have to go the the reception desk where they delete your check-in and check you in for your appointment manually. You would figure that with the staggering number of people they process daily they would find a better way to automate check-in. read more

Even thought they were down four staff members and a li e out the door they hustled and got everyone taken care of in an organized manner.

I take my Dad here to get his lab work done and its in and out! Nice people walk in usually is a wait but we were in and out in 10 mins!

Will not go back here ever again. First of all you got to wait a long time. Second the front desk girls aren't friendly. Third I'm very sensitive patient and very hard to get blood out of me. The phobotomist had No bed side manners, she clearly is in the wrong career, no empathy what so ever. I told her no one can get blood from me, and that she needs to use a butterfly needle. She got passed at me. She stuck me in the wrist. Didn't warn me that she was gonna put the needle in, every nurse has warned me before. She just jammed it in there, and I said OUCH and she yanked the needle out, threw a fit and said, she wasn't gonna handle me. If you can't handle a sensitive patient than ask another nurse to take over. Some people are petrified of needles. She clearly is in the wrong field. They wouldn't give me her name. While visiting this location I was taunted by an employee who yelled out "I like your man-bag!" I had brought my laptop bag in because it was 116 degrees out and didn't want to leave it in the car. Didn't get a look at the woman who said it because my back was turned. No idea why this employee felt it was appropriate to make fun of a customer. I felt it was very unprofessional. I will not be back to this location or recommend it to anyone else. read more

On 12/28/22 witnessed office staff be rude and mock caller and dismiss an elderly man needing help with the kiosk. Phlebotomist was wonderful and caring. Office staff need training for customer service. read more

The desk, phlebotomists and every person inside the facility are awesome. Unfortunately, they can't seem to get programmers that can stop screwing up their online appointment system. After years of it working fine, they have made changes THAT DO NOT WORK. They know that they have us captive in Havasu, so there is no incentive to fix this. It is NOT the fault of the people that work at the local facility, it's a corporate lack of competence. read more

Arrived at 2:30pm and the door was locked even though the hours say open until 3pm. I called to ask for a note to be placed on my account for showing up within business hours and was hung up on after being told I should have researched their courier times. read more

Understaffed for sure. My 86 year old mother had an 11am appointment. It's 11:20 right now and we were just told it will be another 25 minutes. The woman sitting next to me waited 1 hour and 10 minutes and she had an appointment too. If you don't have an appointment I just overheard it over 2 hours. Good grief. read more

Had a 11 am appointment for my newborn son running over an hour late and patients who did not have an appointment get called before us.

Made an appointment online and received a confirmation recommending I show up 15 min early. Arrived 15 min early as requested, logged in by phone and received a text stating I was checked in and would receive a text when I could come in. After 45 min in 111 degree heat I left. 15 min later received a text to come in, it is now 1 hour after I was told to arrive and 45 min after my scheduled appointment. They need to get their act together. read more

Great place. Always friendly. I have had blood taken from 3 different people and they have all been kind and gentle. ( I'm not an easy stick) I have had Tyrrell the last 3 times and he is by far my favorite. He's funny and we always have good conversation when I'm in his chair. He makes getting blood drawn almost enjoyable. I defiantly recommend this place for anyone who needs lab work done. read more

I think that they are OK. Possibly understaffed. Friendly, and professional. Way too long a wait 1-2 hours, not good. Most of the phlebotomists are good. One lady with the white lab coat stuck me three times and gave up. had a black and blue make the size of a quarter on my arm. Next time I'll ask for someone else. read more
