When we asked if that was everything called in, they said yes, when in fact it wasn't. When I called to ask why we were missing items and complain about the service we received, I was hung up on. They had to take our insurance cards multiple times because apparently they weren't entering them in correctly. We waited over 2 hours from the time pediatrician called in prescriptions and they still weren't done so we had to make the 45 minute drive back, only to not receive everything we needed. WENDY was who we spoke to on the phone was whoever checked us out did not have a clue what she was doing. Definitely will be taking our prescriptions elsewhere.

There are others here of course, I would NOT GO to any where you have to starve yourself and take a yr to have weight loss. A few clinis use the weight loss drugs. And another 1 let's you give your shot at home, so you can buy it and you don't have to go weekly to get your shot. WHY struggle when you can do better with an up to date services with these other clinics.

The person I spoke to said they can't see me today and they cannot make an appointment for a future time, she said I could try again and maybe they can take my donation but maybe they can't, she doesn't know. I would have to see if other people miss their appointment, but how did they get that appointment?? How does anyone get an appointment if all the signs and mailers about walk in donations are untrue??

I have been giving…read morefor quite some time and haven't had any problems until I went in the other day much earlier than usual and I hadn't eaten anything. I thought it would be fine because I had given so many times without a problem, but it wasn't fine. I suddenly started feeling very hot and dizzy and sick. I called out to Paige who immediately stopped what she was doing and calmly came over to me and started to put my feet up and ice packs on me to cool me down. She was very calm talking to me and very sweet. She realized that I wasn't calming down and had Michelle (a nurse) come out and start working to cool me down and calm me down. Michelle calmly explained what was going on and that I should start cooling off very soon. They both stayed right there talking to me and reassuring me until my blood and fluids went in and I was better. It was a very scary situation that was made better by two very professional and supportive people. Michelle even called first thing the next morning to check on me and make sure that I was doing ok. I have been back since without issue (because I now know to go well fed and hydrated) but will forever know that if an issue does arise I will be well taken care of. I can't say enough about the staff at the Anniston center and how well trained and nice everyone is.

My son had been seeing Dr Fazall Rahim for nearly 2 years. I also have some friends who use him for…read moretheir daughter. Their daughter's school needed paperwork of her diagnosis, but they refused to send it to the school. Once, it took our pharmacy 6 separate attempts to get the proper paperwork to fill my son's prescription because they could not manage to send over the correct information. I was called the day before my son's appointment (at 3:30 in the afternoon) to tell me that they had not received a referral from his primary (although he had already been a patient for nearly 2 years) & if they did not have a new referral, they would cancel the appointment. He takes daily medication & they did not care about him not having his prescription over a holiday weekend. I was also informed that they no longer take our insurance (again the afternoon of the day before his appointment so he could get a refill). When I asked why we were not told this at our last appointment 4 months prior, the office manager (who is the doctor's wife) became extremely rude & berating. As a matter of fact when I was asking her to confirm my son's prescription dosage (which had been recently changed & I was at work & did not have access to it), she accused me of being a bad parent for not knowing the dosage off the top of my head. I have 3 kids who all take allergy medications on top of this son's autism medications, so I do not know all of the exact milligrams of every pill. She was extremely unprofessional. I rated one star because I had to give one, but would rather have not. From now on, we will be driving over an hour away to see a better doctor with a better staff. The drive will be worth it.

She was so knowledgeable and intuitive and was able to find me a solution to my pain from arthritis. I am also a tea buff and wow! What a selection of remedy teas as well as just plain delicious choices! There are even those fun tea pots you can drop loose tea into and let it steep. The prices are definitely much less than in a big city. I left with some handmade soaps for gifts, lotion and pain spray for me and a few herbal concoctions designed for my healthier me.
