But there was one nurse that administered my shot, she came in said I have a shot to give in your right hip, I didn't get my pants unbuttoned and down all the way before she jabbed me with no warning. If I ever have to get another shot believe me, she will not administer my shot!! I'll definitely remember her, get someone else. The food here in my opinion is terrible. I will be reviewing the lunches, and the dinners, taking photos of each, and submitting my reviews to yelp. At the beginning of each business day, I will be sending the link of my previous day's review to NHC's Corporate Offices. I will not choose my meals. All pictures in the reviews will be Selection A; the meal your loved one would automatically receive. I advocate for the care this wonderful facility provides me, and though yelp, I wish to advocate for the residents who also share my home. I received a big piece of fish (catfish), 2 small hush puppies, and seasoned potato wedges, with ketchup. I requested a small can of V8 and a bottle of water.

This time rooms were not always kept clean, the staff (I'm finding out later was rude, she said that it was a long time after she rang the call button before they would check in on her, when visiting her I could hear other patients moaning and call lights going off. they were under staff and a little rough with my mom. I asked the staff to look at something on my mother on a Friday and when I visited her again on Sunday they still haven't looked at her. when I complained I was told that I was to informed a nurse not a employee.
