Today it was give us 111 dollars and change on you can't be seen. This included a back lab charge from November a co-pay I was expecting and a new lab charge that I don't even have a bill on yet. I'm legally blind on disability with a limited income, part of that I could have covered but I wasn't going to overdraft my account for the full amount, it's not payday yet. But nope it's all or nothing so the blind diabetic went home without seeing my Dr.

I went in to see him about unusual chest and throat pain and he thought it was all in my head and prescribed SSRIs. It turned out to be a compressed nerve at C6 and C7 and it took me a year to get that diagnosis because I was screwing around with Dr. Helms and not a real doctor. Stay as far away from this guy as possible.

The doctors and nurses mainly lounge around and don't give a care of those they are treating. It's a shame this is your only choice on a weekend when your regular doctor is unavailable. If you have another choice, use it. Don't go here. They just don't care about you.

Everything here went very smoothly and all of the staff very very kind and helpful. Dr Williams took his time, listened to my concerns and took care of everything before I left. I was a new patient, but still was in and out in about an hour, all while receiving excellent care.
