Understaffed or just crap employees?…read more Produce never seems fresh, I don't think there's an associate that periodically checks for bruised or rotting produce so it just sits there waiting for a shopper to pick up on accident. Or you have to settle for the least gross produce. Auto center was a rough experience. I have a tire warranty and one of the tires was leaking air. They checked it and said it needed replacement, which I reminded them of the warranty and requested they go ahead and replace it. They said they would not replace it because they didn't have the exact tire there and couldn't order it either. They told me to drive on the flat tire to the other Walmart who also told me they didn't have the tire. I went back to Old Fort Walmart to talk to the auto center manager who simply walked back there, pulled the same exact tire in question off the shelf and put it on my car. Through hoops with my dr to try to get the prescription re-written. I called and asked them to mail them to me and they said they would but that they couldn't take the payment and I'd have to call somewhere else to pay for it before they could do it. Just insane. Some of it may be a cvs process problem but this store is a mess The staff has terrible customer service, no one has any sense of urgency. I've sat in a 4 car line for 25 minutes before.
