Pick up your prescription and grab a special greeting card or a gift for an out-of-town friend. Prescription costs are very, very reasonable if it's not covered by insurance. It was the only way I was going to be able to walk again, after being bed-bound for 7 weeks. This was the only place I could find one, but I had called right before they were closing for a 3 day weekend. I also lived about 1.5 hours away from them. They were so kind and offered to meet me the next day even though they were closed, so that I could purchase a post-op shoe. This just blew me away... talk about above and beyond. When I told her that it was sent Electronically before I left their office and even did my shopping when I got down to the Walmart, She replied with, "It was sent Electronically, which takes time - it's a process." - My husband is an Electrical Engineer and I know better! --- She told me it would take 10-15 minutes to fill & then she walked away and did her thing... 24 minutes later my husband walked up to me (He was sitting in the car this whole time!) and asked if everything was okay... (while other people were coming and going) I explained the issue and he said right then and there - NEVER AGAIN! 9 minutes later, I was finally called up to pay and pick up my tiny little prescription!
