I have lived in this area for a year using this same Walgreens multiple times per month. I'm familiar with the process and the app seeing as I use both very frequently. I don't know if they act this way towards anyone who looks younger or what but they definitely didn't act that way towards the elderly shoppers and there was a line both times so it's not like there was more pressure in either instance for them to talk so rudely to me. I asked her if there was a possibility of me being able to pick that medication up within the next thirty minutes. Without any hesitation she told me that she would immediately begin to get the prescription ready for me. I was extremely grateful. Two days later Maria called to check in with me and ask if the prescribed lotion was helping to relieve the pain I was having.
