It was obvious to him and to onlookers based on how I was walking, i was in desperate need of this medication. I suffer from excruciating knee pain. I gave him all of my insurance information and he promised me a call back to advise when I would get the medication. To this day, 6 months later, I still have not heard anything from him. Over the last 6 months, I went to the pharmacy several times but each time he only told that the medication was on back order. Now, his words have no merit. He swore to an oath that he was duty bound to, to help sick people but he did absolutely nothing! HIPPOCRATIC OATH: By all that I hold highest, I promise my patients competence, integrity, candor, personal commitment to their best interest, compassion, and absolute discretion, and confidentiality within the law. We stopped by this location from our way from the panhandle to home in Alabama. One of the folks from our party caught a bug of some kind at DisneyWorld so was battling a cough and sore throat. Since we were passing through LaGrange (which we come time to time anyway, for the Korean restaurants) via 27, we saw this convenient location and went in. Saw our trusty Mucinex DM and grabbed it - also saw a CVS generic so grabbed one of each. We went by one of the two self-checkout kiosks just to remember cough medicine requires ID. It was a fairly empty store at 8:30pm on a weekday, so when that screen popped up, we started scouting for a staff who fortunately was nearby and jogged over. My dad of past-retirement age proudly presented his ID just in case staff thought he looked underage. Nevertheless, checkout was quick and easy!

I go back to CVS and they say they don't have it yet. I gave them proof of prescription and then they asked for my insurance card---which I give to them everytime i go and i just questioned why it doesn't stay in the system? She raised her voice and said "just move down to that window and give them your insurance card". Really? Alright- my little business is going elsewhere even if it doesn't matter to them a bit, but they should know they lost my business over a rude employee--and they're apparent inability to fill prescriptions. Went back at 6pm and they said had no record of it. Then went back in as it was a hard copy prescription I dropped off and they all of a sudden found it. But they still had the hard copy sitting with no work done. Said it would be tomorrow. Mind you she just got home from surgery and is in pain. Spent the whole night without pain meds.
